Both are harem rom-coms, likeable characters, supernatural girls, tasteful ecchi scenes, great art, light hearted fun without complicated drama, if you are a fan of the genre then both are a must-read

Harem with awesome, troll, not useless MC, with magic, demons, and fights 

Same vibe. Tsuki^2 has demons, Soraoto has angeloids. The latter also has more plot, but that might change in the future. 

Both Manga look similar and gives the same vibe from each other other than that the stories are kinda different from each others 

Romance and Goddesses/Demons girls. Both have male protagonists who lived their daily lives until something abruptly occurred. Have number of jokes and ecchi scenes and pretty much a harem is gonna happen in some point. (same goes for Maga-Tsuki) 

Both Manga are very similar but the different of the 2 is that To Love Ru is about a Alien Girl and Tsuki Tsuki is about a Demon/God girl everything else are similar but To Love Ru is more ecchi.
