A tale of fictional terrorism in japan and of the struggles of fighting it back and keeping the peace. The story presents different mindsets to how to combat this threat and what measures should be taken, what goal should be shot for. A common theme if of the public being treated as sheep. This because governments think of it as a mass mentality that must be kept at ease to keep away anarchy. The main character, a famous comedian, thinks much to the opposite and believes in cutting no corners to meet an end and to take all risks necessary for the best possible result.

You've got a great setup for drama with interesting and engaging character development. Sadly for me though, the manga has only got the first two volumes translated. These two volumes are well-written, and the art is impressive as-well. It really is a shame the manga didn't catch on when it was released in the past. I encourage any fan-subbers to turn attention to this manga for an online continuation as there's a great story in here. I give it a 7/10 due to the incomplete nature of my experience, noting potential for a higher score.
