I choose this manga because the characters are so well drawn, the outlines are light and not edgy and because of that I immediately imagined a cute story. And indeed it was a sweet story followed by an amazing art and character designe, although it's not really memorable. There are three couples in three different stories. And in the second story, the seme looked a lot like Makoto from Free!. This manga has beautiful illustrations but the stories are not the best.
What I disliked about this manga the most, was that some parts were a bit confusing. First storyline flows in a nice way
...
(nothing too dramatic), although the dialogues sometimes made me read a page twice. Also Satoshi's feeling weren't really clear till the end. The second story starts really nice, nothing rushed, but then the disaster strikes! I didn't only lost myself in the translation (for example who was drunk or misunderstanding part) but in just one page the whole relationship dynamic changes. It was really hard for me to understand last few pages and Miki was a total mistery to me. Third storyline was the worst. The time skip was so confusing! Anyway the emotions have not been clear and understandable. I think I lost myself in translation or maybe it was just a bad translation. Sometimes I felt like there are some pages missing.
Tonari no Jijoumang was pleasent read, very sweet and simple but nothing more. It has a potencial but it's quite ordinary. Just three light fluffy sweet stories you read to pass time.
