Manga: Katekyo!
Both these mangakas have very similar art styles (I actually thought both mangas were drawn by the same artist). The humor is similar as well, and the character interactions and dialogue resemble each other.

Manga: Darling
the main stories have a similar interaction between the seme and the uke. The uke is a quiet, unobtrusive, study geek who gets noticed by a cool, popular guy. the guy takes interest and holds something over the uke so that they can be together.

Both of the ukes are quite similar since they are both sort of naive/innocent. Both of the semes bully/manipulate their ukes and play around with them. In both manga, the semes do eventually find themselves developing feelings for the cute ukes and have to work to make it up to them.
