Manga: Onegai, Sonna ni Kamanaide
Both by the same author. The plot is not too similar but stories have asshole characters. Both centered around mouths (biting & mask). If you like one, you will probably like the other.

Manga: Karasugaoka Don't Be Shy!!
Both have characters with a bad mouth and a hidden softer side. The difference is both male leads in Mask Danshi was Koishitakunai are assholes while the characters in Karasugaoka Don't Be Shy!! are pretty nice to each other. Both are cute stories where one character is mean to the other and slowly they get closer and get together.

Character A refers to Mei and Sayama while Character B refers to Yamato and Saikawa: -Character A makes a bad impression on character B by being mean and that bad impression leads to character B being interested in character A -Character B is popular with other girls. -They actually get together and the manga explores their relationship -Other characters have their own problems which are explored -Both have a character that acts as a love interest to steal character A. These characters have a problem with sincerity and generally has a very similar personality Overall these mangas have similar plots and the general atmosphere is the same.

Character A is mean to character B with character B acts like a smug asshole. Character A gets pretty shy when character B flirts. The mangas talk about character A's past and how it made them develop a harsh personality.
