Both series involve teachers who provide their students with life lessons through unorthodox means. The two series are fun reads full of comedy and drama.

The two series are similar in that teachers have unusual ways they deal with problems regarding students they involve themselves with. Both are highly comedic in tone.

It's not that its similar in the main story for kokoru ni hana wa but it dose have a short story in the middle about a teacher with a rough past who is trying to save a student but in hammer session it's the whole clasd

They are similar in a sense where they're both teachers helping students with their problems. Koko wa ima kara rinir desu Just deals with more deeper topics than hammer session Truly an underrated manga.

They both have people who uses deception as a weapon/tool. In hammer session, The main protagonist was a Con artist who got a job as a teacher to help the students. While in Itsuwaribito wanders the land using deception to help others. Their deception is pretty sophisticated so if you like itsuwaribito you may also like Hammer session

Both these series follow male protagonists who have to deceive others so they can continue to work (in the case of Hammer Session!) or study (in the case of Mx0).

The theme of these two series revolve around lies, manipulation, and scamming.

Both these series may not seem all that similar to you, but i assure you it's somewhat is. Both of the protagonist uses harsh methods for justice or show what is right and wrong. In hammer session it's to teach the students what's right and what's wrong and to not do it again, while in Akumestsu it's to show what will happen to those who follow in the footstep of "EVIL". Both great manga's if you're into complicated things. However Akumestsu is darker and has alot of gore and killing.
