The one where a gay man has affections for a het man, but ends up being in a relationship with the het man's son. 

Written by the same mangaka, it's no surprise that you find an incredibly rare love triangle trope in both these manga - that between a doctor, a father and his own son! Both manga also have well written characters, which is always a pleasure to read! 

Surprisingly similar themes - two doctors having an affair with each other, out of which one is married. The married guy moves out of the picture, and his place is taken by a persistent young boy who has his eyes set on the mature surgeon.
