Stories that represent platonic relationships or highly imply being a GL. The friendship in these series appeared to me to have a similar development (very little) and the use of watery themes as a way to relate the main protagonists (aquarium in one, swimming pool in the other) is prevalent within them. Summarizing, both stories, are very similar, in both, themes and that feeling of "I don't know what is really how the protagonists feel about each other". So if you enjoyed one, is very probable that you will enjoy the other.

Both stories are about the relationship between two high-school girls; a kouhai and her senpai. Also in both stories the senpai has something that doesn't show others except to her kouhai. Yagakimi is more romantic while Nettaigyo is more about the friendship between the girls.

Very similar art style. Both focus on relatable themes and explore them well. Both are well written. Great human drama stories.

If you read Nettaigyo looking for yuri, or if you just found it, like it, and want something with more substantial romance elements, here's a fine place to go next.

Slice-of-Life/Shojo Ai manga that revolve around the story of a city girl moving to a small town and the connection she shares with one of her classmates. Tsurezurebiyori has a wider cast of characters and has occasional comedic while Nettaigyo borders more on the dramatic side. Also Tsurezurebiyori is more explicitly Shojo Ai while in Nettaigyo the relationship between the MCs is not explicitly romantic at this point.

Both yuri mangas about two girls who meet at school and form a deep bond, with similar relationship dynamics.
