Serial killings and over-the-top mind games. An evil yet sympathetic protagonist. Bastard and Talentless Nana, or Munou no Nana if you're a pretentious weeb, follow a young killer trying to get away with their crimes, as well as away from their crimes. Both are very entertaining and easily bingeable, as long as you don't mind a few cheap writing tricks. If you enjoy one series, you will most likely enjoy the other since their strong and weak points are very similar.

A minority group gets sent to an isolated island because of a government conspiracy. Sinister thrillers that handle similar themes.

Talentless nana is arguably an amalgamation of elements from series like assassination classroom, death note, danganronpa etc but to me the ac influence is definitely the strongest. From the way the characters interact, to the archetypes portrayed as well as the general style of shounen manga both go for. There is also the militairy aspect that both interweave in their plot. Not to mention that they both use the classroom setting as a way to develop characters and both stories initially take place in a remote location basically cut off from society. If you like one I wouldn't doubt you would atleast be intrigued by  read more
