Manga: Switch
Action, mystery, police work and colourful characters. All in gorgeous artwork of naked ape. These stories are similar and completely different at the same time. As a huge fan of one I fully enjoyed the other. So it's possible you might too.

Manga: 07-Ghost
The uniforms for the military and Tokei are similar and both manga have seriousness and humor well balanced. Lastly both manga are filled with hot boys

Manga: Toxic
The uniforms for the Tokei and the Black Rose are very similar and their jobs in punishing criminals which many people opposes. They both have mystery, action and bishounens.

Manga: Red Raven
government mandated killing, violence, and you like the characters. Some comedy. Dolls is more dramatic though.

Manga: D.Gray-man
They have a good balance of humor and drama. The characters all have sad and painfull past and the characters all joined the organisation for a certain purpose. The Tokei uniforms and the Order's uniform are alike. I'm sure if u like one you'd like the other.

Manga: C-blossom: Case 729
Artwork is very similar. Both deal with government organizations and agents. Action, mystery, drama. Missions. C-blossom is fairly short (only 2 volumes). Dolls is *MUCH* more violent and grisly than the other.

Manga: Tajuu Jinkaku Tantei Psycho
Both are dark, psychological crime mangas. MPD Psycho is more graphic and disturbing, but Dolls has its fair share of bloody corpses. I would highly recommend either series for both art and story quality.

Both manga are dark stories featuring lots of violence and murder, but both manga feature dashes of comedy.
