Manga: Family Simulation!!
Both manga feature a woman, close to the MC (who has never had a child of his own), who dumps her child on him because she has to go abroad due to 'unavoidable' reasons. While one manga features an established gay couple and the other features a newly gay couple, both manga are fun and cute reads and remind me of each other due to their similar premise.

Both are sweet love stories with guys taking care of a kid. Both are somewhat based in real life gay people's struggles in society in Japan.

Manga: Bokura no Shokutaku
Both are BL / Shounen Ai mangas revolving around the couple's romance as well as them taking care of a young child. Both are fluffy and heartwarming with a really sweet couple at their centre.
