Both are ultra-violent, sex-laden shonen about a stoic young man in metal armor fighting morally-depraved demons. A few characters from Kakugo no Susume even make minor cameos in Akki Goyou Garan. They're also by the same author.

Both manga features the main protagonist has access to an armor that gives them superhuman powers to the user and enables them to battle various monster opponents. Both are sci-fi action-packed manga, filled with violence, blood and gore. If you enjoy one, you should like the other as well.
