I'm looking for an anime show where the Main character is the villian of the show for example Light Yagami (Kira) from death note

Evangelion, kind of. It's mostly psychological.
Fate/Zero has exactly the thing you're looking for.
Guilty Crown kind of develops into this in the latter half of the show.
Kuroshitsuji has the fujoshi/comedy version of the antihero trope.
Madoka Magica has a main character that develops into this, but it's really a spoiler.

How is Light Yagami a villain? He was giving up his own life to try and cleanse the world of corruption. If anything he's an anti-hero, if Yagimi wasn't killed I'd bet the world of Death Note would've turned out much better in say, 50 years from when he found the book. Most people would have used the Death Note for self gain and killed of those who oppressed them but Light only used the book in order to try and create a better world. No one would have committed serious crimes due to fear of the Death Note.
