Durarara!! (light novel)
| I have watched 4 episodes so far, and I find this extremely boring, as well as the plot isn't that great. I'm planing to drop this, does it get better later on? |

| what made Durarara interesting and entertaining is the story telling of each episode where the twist in the story is presented in the final minutes of each episode so if you did not enjoy that kind of storytelling then just drop it |
| I actually liked the first 3 episodes and was hyped, however the story of headless rider is just stupid, that's what made me to make this thread. |

| It's been a long time, but I remember DRRR being largely character driven. The mysteries and plots were all pretty subdued (imo, uninteresting), the 3teen story was pretty angsty, and not much happened in the overall scheme of things. Then again, I remember liking Celty, so my opinions might not be the best match for you. TLDR: I felt it got worse as it went on. |
| It's totally dependent on how you like the characters. As Ckan said, it's largely character driven given that we have such a large cast. I didn't like it much either, but I did have 2-3 characters that I really did like and that is what ended up making the show worthwhile to me. That being said, if you continue to watch it and find yourself not liking any of the cast, chances are you definitely won't enjoy it. Try watching a few more episodes and see if you can pick out any characters you really like, if not, just drop it. |
