Android app does not load past verifying

I tried reloading the app on my phone, on the first run set up I enter my information and it stalls out at "Verifying, making sure your account is OK. Hold on tight a second." Anyone know the fix? I just want this to work on my phone...

As there is no official Android app for MAL, you must be using a user-made one. However, mutliple apps exists that were made by various users. Can you specify which app are you using?

In my case im using MAL for Android, but when i try to see the description of anime/manga it only keeps loading . i have tried others apps like Atarashii but they doesnt seems to be working at the time. This is probably an issue with myanimelist, cause this apps used to be working

Hi, MAL has no official app just like Sub said.

Currently most of the app developers(including me) have problems with mal.
Mal is to slow with loading/api is crashing.

Some are currently looking for solutions(like me).
