I remember seeing a clip a few weeks ago, and it suddenly came up to my mind because its so damn funny, but I don't remember the name. Basically it's an anime that has a unique art style that strongly resembles Lucky Star and that kind of comedy. The premise of this clip was about two girls being caught by a policeman on the look out for a thief stealing from vending machines and inspects one of their bags, which is filled with erotic manga strips. She then comically beats everyone on the scene in a shonen-like parody.

What was this anime? And is it a good watch?
