Which volume/chapter does the manga continue after the last anime episode?

It really depends on the pairing, lol...

I know it's been a while, but if you're still wondering (and in case anyone else is wondering), here's where each pair picks up:

Terrorist - Vol. 7, Ch. 3
Egoist - Vol. 10, Ch. 3
Romantica - Vol. 11, Ch. 2

Please note: This is not including a couple of side-chapters that weren't covered in the anime. So if you decide to pick up from there you're still going to miss a couple of things. Nothing detrimental to the overall plot, though.

Thanks for this! I just started reading the manga now. It's definitely a bit more ah.... explicit than the anime.

Still - it's great to be able to have a continuation of the characters and their stories ^^
