I SUPPORT!! x3 (i would be really happy if this is how the manga/anime ended *3*) But..Everyone support diffrently. Thats what makes this so intresting to see the result in the end *grin* |

| I'm rooting more and more for Taichi, it feels like he kind of deserves it more, while Chihaya seems to drift throught his fingers in Aratas direction. D: It hurts so much to watch the poor guy. T_T |

| I initially voted Arata back during like episode 8 or something, but after seeing the rest of the season, I really, really like Chihaya x Tachi. But it looks like Chihaya x Arata will win out. Just look at the way Chihaya reacts every time she sees Arata in the later episodes. She's always entranced every time he appears. |

| I don't think Chihaya is now in love with Arata or Taichi, we know Taichi is in love with Chihaya ("Hopeless... Hopelessly in love.") "Chihaya reacts every time she sees Arata in the later episodes" oh course she will be happy! He is her friend, she don't meet him every day like rest friends... so of course she will be happy if she get a chance to see him and she will pick to talk with Arata instead of Taichi (he goes to the same school and club as she) she can talk with him every day, in contrast to Arata. |

| You know, this isn't a fair fight. Taichi has been with Chihaya the whole series and Arata's been in what.. 5 episodes, not even. Of course people are going to vote for Taichi, and he's had many opportunities to get close to her. Yet, the way Chihaya lights up when she sees Arata play karuta or hears his voice is such a magical moment, it makes my heart melt. <3 The fact is, if it wasn't for Arata, Chihaya wouldn't have found her dream. Even Taichi wouldn't have started playing karuta and probably wouldn't have seen Chihaya ever again after they grew up. | I've seen enough drama/romance anime to know where this is going. It's sooooo obvious that Chihaya will end up with Taichi. I'd vote Arata though, I love how he develop their relationship progress since they're young, and I love long distant relationship too. |

But he has been growing up so wonderfully, the manga is coming to a climax, so we will see............. |

| Hmmm...I'm only 15 eps in and to be honest I really like Chihaya x Arata but up until this point I'm at I've not really seen anything from Arata that suggests anything but a platonic relationship on his end. Chihaya is constantly seeing him in the clouds and stuff but he doesn't really seem to think about her the same way. He thinks about Karuta. I may end up eating these words through the next 10 eps though, we'll see. Also: Friendzone Level = Taichi EDIT: So after all 25 episodes I didn't feel that Arata really cared for Chihaya. He likes her and thinks she's pretty, but he's incapable of really doing anything about it so he doesn't. Maybe it would be a different story if he was in the same city she was. I feel like maybe he'd make a move then but aside from that he doesn't even call her. Chihaya is oblivious to Taichi and doesn't see him romantically. She may someday, but currently, it's platonic. I don't really see any pairing here. I prefer Arata x Chihaya but it doesn't exist. Neither does Taichi x Chihaya. Something that shined in this anime was the boys relationship with each other. They both seem to understand how the other feels and respect that. That must be a Japanese thing because it sure as hell doesn't happen in America very often. :P Bottom Line: If Arata ever moves to the same city as Chihaya it's over. If he never does then maybe she'll eventually notice Taichi. The End. XP |

| would go to Taichi as well!! it's funny because i hated Taichi back in the childhood flashbacks since he pushed Chihaya like that. but as the episodes keep going, i began to appreciate him more and more. poor him though, the series will definitely pander towards Arata and Chihaya even though they haven't had any intimate interactions in the first season so far. probably by season 2 T__T either way Taichi all the way!! you've made me a believer :) |
| In my perfect ending (which, alas, doesn't seem very likely at this point, but a girl can still dream), the couples would go something like: Taichi x Chihaya, Arata x Shinobu, Desktomu x Kana, Akihiro x Sumire And I want poor Yusei to end up with someone too, but there's no one left...at first I thought, "Yumin!" Then I remembered she's 24 and he's still in high school. :s |

but i still want Taichi with her. But in most anime, it never ends to be the closest childhood friend that usually has the most affection. And here is a thing i managed to find... "this is a josei manga which the romance aspect is less, but if you consider the hint in the story chihaya x arata is the most probable outcome. There are 3 important hint that chihaya harbor a feeling towards Arata this factual and undeniable. | Taichii was a little douche when he was a kid, but he's a lot better now. I'm kinda surprised at the poll results... expected Arata to be favored. I voted for Taichii, because he's the one that's actually putting forth effort for her affection, while Arata is busy trying to be a secluded emo. |
