Then a "to be continued" banner. That would be better without the 'to be continued' =) I don't want a second season, can't be bothered to wait for one. It would take ages til they would be able to do it w/o turning into naruto anyway. |
| ya they would have to wait till the manga started back up again before attempting a 2nd season. But I'm all for a second season. If it was only one season theres simply no good way to end the show without pissing off the fans. |

| I believe if they really intended to make a new ending, we should already have seen some of the inevitable changes. I fail to see just how they can cook up a respectable custom ending with only seven episodes. It would just not feel right. And besides, there is more opportunities to make money if they continue with a second season or OVAs... |
| Obviously the ep 26 will end with first "Joined By Souls" chapter, with Clarice counting the sword and 7 warriors seen on the hill(in shadows), maybe the line "What are we going to do? she counted all of them!!" and then fade to black.... By my guess its... 23 24 25 - Cognates. 26(END) - Joined by souls 1. Or it can be an foolishly lame anime-original ending. AS for continuation - I can see the OVA's (it would not be a first anime to be released in a shitload of ova discs...The record is 135 part OVA, i think) OR/AND anime after 6 years from today XD |

| I agree. But I doubt that they would be hasty enough as to think of what would happen when the Manga hasn't even been completed yet. If anything, it'd be HIGHLY great if they were to do an extension of the episodes from 26 to 36 (more or less). |
