| @Angel_Beats Mirai Nikki has really turned out to be one of the standout shows this season ... while it's possible it could turn downhill so far it's definitely a must-watch for Fall. :) Wolf's Rain is gorgeous and sad, just make sure you watch the OVA too since that gives you the actual ending (the series just kinda peters off without it ...) |

| Kobato and Shiki. Oddly enough the 2 shows that I marathoned in the 1st two weeks of the summer. Kobato is really cute and it is very episodic at first... but the characters are really adorable. Shiki: Is pure awesome. Goes back to how vampires should really be. And they do it in a realistic way for how the town would react to all of this stuff. |
| I'd recommend Claymore. The action is intense and you really feel attached to many of the characters. The battles aren't too short or drawn out. |
| I'd recommend Darker than black and Steins gate. Although Darker than black does have a X men feeling at times, it has one of the most best main characters I have seen in Anime. Good pacing/good fights/good story |
| @TetraSlash Fairy Tail. i guess you can say it's main stream since it's on-going, but without a doubt the best on-going in my opinion. the series works in arcs and even the fillers (maybe 2-5 episodes every 2/3 arcs) go with the main story. the characters are lovably and the series is just a blast to watch, enjoy! :D |

| @Angel_Beats There are so many Animes I would recommend on your list but I will go with 5 Centimeters per Second. You need a lot of patience when you watch it because it starts off a bit slow but trust me, you won't regret it. It is worth every minute you spend watching it! :) |

Also very nice is Saiunkoku monogatari and if you don't mind some ecchi don't miss Sekirei and Sekirei pure engagement. | angel beats- pretty funny, pretty dramatic stuff too clannad- definitely one of my fave rom-coms FLCL- shits just frekin crazy XD higurashi no naku koro ni- alot of psyco stuff, pretty exciting, the ending was great ^^ k-on- pretty fun, some good heart warming stuff in it kiss x sis- not a big fan of the story eps, but shoot it gets pretty dam exciting for an ecchi, watch the OVA after this shakugan no shana- great series, season 3 is currently airing too and looking rly nice |

| @ Angel_Beats Oh god, long list - hope I don't get ninja'd DearS - Good ecchi type anime with a pretty decent story line, very much like Chobits and Sekirei which you both gave 7s too so you would probably enjoy this. FLCL - Pretty shot harem-ish story so if you dislike it you end up wasting basically no time anyways, which I highly doubt will happen. Definitely a great series in my book. Heroic Age - It's story line and action scenes stand out the most to me along with character development. It is a bit different than most anime but still is quite amazing. |
