| I'm trying to upload an avatar, but the file size is way too big and there are also too many pixels. I successfully uploaded it by minimizing the picture in MS paint, but that resulted in an extremely pixelated avatar. Can anyone teach me how to get my picture smaller while somewhat keeping the original quality? |

| You want to use a program like Photoshop or Gimp, if you're looking to keep your images quality. If it's just size reduction, Gimp is free so I'd recommend downloading that one. |

| I recommend using unsharpen mask before resizing the pic or bicubic sharpen both in Photoshop. Just google a bit about it. I learned those 2 things only yesterday too btw. :3 |
