What do you use?
| Just curious, what do people use for their controls? Me, I use a gamepad laid out just like a Playstation controller, using the D-pad for movement. My layout for buttons is A,B,C, and D on the four face buttons going counterclockwise starting from the left-most button (so D is on top), and I have switch spellcard on one of the left shoulder buttons and use spellcard on the corresponding right shoulder button. |

Of course, I had an additional motivation. I used a custom and very odd set-up. My keyboard lacks a numpad, so I have a USB one. I put that to the left of my keyboard and used 4,5,6, and 8 for movement and the arrow keys for attacks. Weird, I know. But this was not portable at all, so it became cumbersome when I was at friends' houses and didn't have this. Now I can just stuff a gamepad in my laptop bag (because I always bring my laptop to friends' houses). |
| I'm don't own any other gaming controllers other than ps2's but then I doubt I can use that with the computer so ended up just using the standard keys on a keyboard. |

| I is use keyboard, with arrow keys for movement and then QWED as buttons for ABCD, R for switch spellcard and F for activate spellcard. If I ever manage to get my hands on a good arcade stick I'll switch on to that but until then, I'll roll with these. |
