Bad End?

I'm reading this, because this kind of story just screams for something bad to happen. The boy just cannot refrain from sex and cannot decline anyone. He'll even play along with cross-dressing since he can't say no. The sex just keeps building up.

I'm not saying there should be a bloody ending like School Days, but I don't want a harem ending either. Is it just me or am I the only one that wants something bad to happen?
