well deserved! it is one of the best anime. of course every anime has flaws but fulmetal alchemist has almost no flaws and is overall a masterpiece. you can rewatch it several times without it being boring or annoying quite the contrary its great everytime no matter how often you watch it. great characters, great story. mad respect for this anime.

You can make an argument for the manga, but I’m not sure about the anime. I guess I’m biased it’s hard to think that the anime is one of the greats when it’s not as good as it’s source material

I’m just pointing out that there’s plenty of anime that are better and some that have even less flaws. I understand that it was a gateway to a lot of people, but I still find it a little overrated. I would probably give it an 8/10, so I don’t hate the anime.

Agreed. We hope that Togashi can finish the manga soon as possible, since he already revealed ending scenarios in his mind, so the anime can return just like Bleach did.

Yeah I'm not going to give the crazy fans reasons to get annoying again, honestly FMAB became a undeserved 'Gatekeeper' to me, if any anime manages to cross it once in a season (then bombed down by '1😜') then there must be a better story to be hyped about.

@Grekyy most of those who post negative here is because of the over zealous turned toxic fandom. I liked fmab very much, but as I saw this fandom down rating kaguya, fruits basket, Gintama, AOT etc, kinda got irritated and started countering “fmab is the best anime in existence” kinda posts. This happened to many people, which looks like hate without context.

Oh I'm sure there will be plenty of other anime that'll reach that amount of ratings. Pretty much any series that goes viral has a shot, like Oshi no Ko and Frieren, especially with all these dupe accounts running around. It might just take a couple years.
