| Have you ever had the pleasure of watching an anime which made you feel like rating it above 10? I didn't feel like this before finishing Summertime rendering today. I genuinely feel like rating it higher than 10, 10 seems too low a score for this anime. Of course this is just my opinion, don't start discussing about how you didn't like the show or it doesn't deserve this rating etc. So do you guys have an anime like this? |

| Most of my 10s Kaguya-Sama, I'd rate it with a 20/10 if I could, obviously it's also my AOTY, only Mob Psycho can dethrone Kaguya-Sama for me, but it's almost impossible. I can't comprehend why people think that 10 or masterpiece means flawless. |

| Since my scoring system is based on my enjoyment for me 10 means I can re-watch it without getting bored. Thus it happens a lot of time that I like everything about something and feel like 10 is not enough to reflect how much I enjoyed it. | As I've said in the past when this question has arisen, and my answer hasn't changed, only Koi Kaze and Inuyasha. One is the only perfect anime; the other is one of the only functionally perfect anime. Both are essentially the only real thoroughly life-changing anime to me in certain ways. I have a few others I consider S-tier, functionally perfect, and 10/10s (#s 3 and 4 in my Top 50) and a few others yet still I consider masterpiece-tier and valid 10/10s also (#s 5, 6, and 11 in my Top 50), but these would be the only ones I'd choose for now and leave the next slot open for a hypothetical other transcendent and life-altering anime some day on the horizon. The reasons are due to personal relevance, resonance, and depth of thought and feeling evoked and associated; music, and legacy in terms of rewatchability many times throughout life. |

| Hunter X Hunter (2011) no doubt, I legit don't have any problems or critiques on it, except for maybe the slow start but I personally don't have a problem with it, it's pretty much perfect from beginning to end. |
| So far, my AOTY is Love is War S3, followed by Shadows House S2, and finally Made in Abyss S2. Summertime Render started off strong but quickly faded. Many things were left unsatisfactory and unanswered. The happy ending also didn't amount to much. Still gave the show a 9 though since I enjoyed it. Both Made in Abyss S2 and Summertime Render had a lot of potential that was squandered in the end due to the show's direction. As for giving a score higher than 10, I'd give it to Yuru Camp, Non Non Biyori, Monster, and all of those in my T10. There's more but I'm too lazy to enumerate. I usually give high marks to shows that I thoroughly enjoyed. |

| I use 10 sparingly, so I've effectively made 10 louder as to not require an 11. If I could rate higher than 10 then I'd just migrate my 10s up to 11 and rearrange my other scores. |

| I haven't given out a 10 for about a decade, so I don't really need anything higher. If you want a score higher than a ten, but you give average stuff something like 8, then you're not getting the most out of the existing system. |
