| The Throne of Heroes is beyond time so she'd be summonable even before her death. The real question is if she qualifies for the Throne or not, I think she does because a lot of people admired her, and unless i'm remembering the lore wrong, the heroes are shaped by the people's view of them so based on the thoughts of the ignorant people who only had the shallow view of "She's the Queen so she's awesome and royal and awesome", an "ideal" Elizabeth could be summoned. It's like how Vlad is summoned with vampiric powers despite not being a vampire, or how the Napoleon summoned in FGO is "ideal" and not like the real one. Dunno why i'm giving a serious answer in a meme thread lol. I guess i'm just really bored. |

| Probably not, I mean, she was largely a figurehead and largely just sat around or visited other countries so she doesn't have any real potential for abilities in general, let alone a NP. Charles at least has a potential NP, killing his enemies in a car crash. |
