The Promised Neverland... I like it more than Fullmetal.
Polar Bear in Love is also amazing because it is incredibly simple but also incredibly clever/funny

BEASTARS Season 3 will be the best anime ever :)

Oyasumi Punpun def a must read imo. But...

If youre looking for some light hearted comedy, Grand Blue

If youre looking for a good romcom, Kaguya Sama

If youre looking for some time-killer romance, Horimiya

If you want some good shounen, Mob Psycho 100

Theres a whole lot of great mangas to read if you look for them.

Oyasumi Punpun, reading the manga might break you, but in the best way possible. Inio Asano's works are really gut-wrenching with how realistically painful they are. Its best to read the manga with little to no context, that way the impact feels stronger (atleast thats how it works for me). Though a quick disclaimer, the manga includes sensitive topics like sex, abuse, pedophilia, and suicide.
