I've seen the entire series, and I've never seen it censored.
It's uncensored on crunchyroll too.

The only censored version on Crunchyroll is of To Love-RU Darkness. So you’ll have to go online for that one. To Love Ru and Motto are both uncensored. It just feels censored because they but little censory over them but it’s all cap. You still see the goods you want

Some online versions:

9Anime.to (with adblocker)
Animix.play (doesn't need an adblocker)
Wco.tv (not the best in quality at times, but it's ok)

I would recommend Animix.play. it's easy to use.

There is an uncensored version for all of “To Love Ru” but it’s weird because they are so young. I consider it loli but many will disagree. Use gogoanime if you want it uncensored or HiDive
