Will this movie spoil the series for me?

Hi! I am a new Detective Conan fan and am loving the series so far. Currently I am 51 episodes through the series and I am planning to watch a lot more in the coming weeks. The movie releases in cinemas for me in 2 weeks from now and I am wanting to go see it. Will it spoil any major plot points in the series to come or am I safe to go and enjoy it after only having watched around 50-150 episodes?

I think it will spoil a later turn of plot that doesn’t start until hundreds of more episodes, especially when you haven’t gotten to those characters yet. I definitely think watching the recent movie will not just tell you one of the most major storylines, but also will leave you confused.

The movie will spoil entire arcs starting from episode 176. I suggest watching the 24th movie after the episode 974.
