| A bit. As far as I know it ended a bit different in the end episodes of Guilty, thought anime managed to end similarly as manga. Manga: fighting between vampires and hunters. Anime: fighting between Rido and Academy members. Manga also has continuous story after the anime left off. |

My advice would be to read the manga first then watch the anime. As for the manga introducing the fight, that arc has long since ended. Since the anime was based on the manga they are not going to go back and re-write what happened. |
