| Erm... I'd evolve Pikachu so you can have Raichu in your pokedex. Keep one Pikachu so you can say you have and therefore caught them all (for now anyways...). Pikachu really isn't a strong pokemon in PGO so no amount of believing is going to make it the strongest pokemon. Not to mention that Pikachus aren't exactly rare, either. |

| Not sure if serious. Stats wise Raichu is hands down better than Pikachu in every way. In the mainline series Raichu doesn't naturally learn moves, so I imagine you should make sure Pikachu knows all the moves you want it to know and then you can evolve it. But I don't know how all this shit works in Pokemon Go. If things like this don't matter then just evolve the little rodent. |
