Chapter question?

This is making me feel so dumb, might just be because i'm tired but I just finished reading "Nosferatu Zodd (2)"

This page says it's the third chapter, i'm confused at which chapter i should mark my list to? (count the previous 16 or not)when looking at the discussion forums people have the latest chapters marked just as the numerical number, not with the added 16. Not that big of a deal but when someone asks "what chapter are you on" or something similar, I don't want to give them the wrong answer.

The chapter count does not start until the third chapter of Volume 5; "Sword Wind" so yeah just mark it as chapter 3.
