the last scene error - colors & shape

In the last scene of her dream, we see girl lifting her dress. We can see 3 "wires": red, yellow and green. They start from bottom-left corner and end with top-right corner (like this: ///).
In the main characters drawings we can see something different:
a) the colours are different (red, green, blue)
b) the shapes are very different (no wires-like, red border, with "CI" tilted)

The girl is very detailed (e.g. picture describing "the dolls") so I don't think she made a mistake.
Is there some kind of meaning in this?
After seeing Akio's drawing, she said "we are the same", but she knows that this image is "wrong".
