Mobile Menu not working

Whenever i open MAL the menu loads itself over the actual page. I cant close it or click (it will open the link from what is bellow it).

I tried clearing cookies and the cache but it still won't work. Desktop website works just fine. It started about 2 or 3 days ago.

How to reproduce: open website mobile
Expected results: menu only opens uppon being clicked
Actual results: menu opens in a "phantom" statesl. It covers the screen, cant used, cant be closed and does not open sliding sideway.
Attempted solution: deleting cookies and cache
