Power Explanation: Since Ashe has escaped the cold clutches of death, once upon a time, she must make amends in order to justify the miracle of her second life. This code is known as the Dogma of the Once-Felled, and is described by 4 imperative laws.

0. The entirety of a second life must be dedicated to the future of humanity. In any given situation, Ashe is required to defend the future of the human race. Failure to do so demands severe punishment.

1. Ashe cannot take the life of another of her species. That is a privilege granted only to those who haven't yet had their life stolen.

2. In order to ensure her second life doesn't go to waste, Ashe is required to defend herself from any impersonal hazard or danger unless it would defy the previous rules.

3. Disobeying an order from any human is forbidden unless the order breaks any of the previous rules, or contradicts another such active order. Ashera must strive to serve humanity. Straying from this objective requires remuneration.

If any of these rules are broken, Ashe must perform self-mutilation in regards to the severity of her disobedience. She hides her self-inflicted scars under the metal plating on her arm, hand, and legs

As long as these laws are followed however, Ashe is granted a considerable boost (1.5 times her normal ability) to her strength, speed, skill, perception, reaction time, and endurance in defensive combat.

Weapon: Florete. An unusual sword with no handle, and edges on all sides. There is an eye-like orb embedded in it bearing a strange design.

Personality: Ashe's personality can be divided into two distinct aspects: her emotion driven human nature, and her inhuman duty as a Once-Felled. I'll begin with the former.
Ashe is very emotionally vulnerable, and is quick to empathize and sympathize in reaction to others, however she manages to maintain her composure due to her headstrongness. Since she quickly connects with people, Ashe comes off as exceptionally loyal when interacting with her companions, a trait that is as much a detriment as it is a boon. Yet, due to her vulnerable nature there are times when Ashe's mind becomes clouded with a sense of betrayal, sometimes without proper reason. She usually keeps these doubts to herself, but like everyone she can be prone to emotional outbursts when everything becomes too much to handle. In her interactions with other people Ashe keeps quiet unless she has something meaningful to contribute, or she feels obliged to speak. The last thing she wants is to embarrass herself by interjecting an impulsive opinion. She'll show kindness to her friends, disdain to her enemies, and try to leave an impression on strangers.

A single similarity links the two aspects of her personality, and that is her loyalty. The inhuman aspect of her character is forced upon her by the Dogma of the Once-Felled, and is essentially her duty to humanity. Despite Ashe's wishes, she must prioritize the laws before taking into account her own personal values, unless she is willing to disregard the law and pay the required price. Even so, Ashe performs her role as a servant to humanity to the best of her ability, even if it means the uncharacteristic betrayal of all others and their eternal enmity.

Power Explanation: Levy has the potential to identify possible hazards and provoke them, using only his eyes. For example, he could trigger a cracked window to smash, a flammable barrel to explode, or a leaning crane to fall. All possible hazards must have a stimulant that could cause chaos, which is what Levy takes advantage of. As his rank and power improve to a greater degree, stimulants become less obvious and he will eventually be able to trigger destruction without needing any hazard.

Personality: Seriously aloof and difficult to understand. Formerly a lazy delinquent with no drive to do anything, Levy has attempted to stroll through life thus far, attempting to blag his way out of doing or committing to anything that involves hard work. This personality and general attitude has clashed with various people, which has got Levy in to lots of trouble. Unfortunately he doesn’t care. And that’s the problem! If you can tolerate him, then he is generally pleasant and doesn’t mind humouring people. He is pretty sarcastic and witty, preferring to tease people to the limit before he actually fights them. Levy usually needs a responsible friend nearby to keep an eye on him, as speaking from experience, trouble is never far away from him. In fact, trouble follows Levy wherever he goes. He is a charismatic and surprisingly intuitive character, with the ability to read between the lines and sense when something is wrong. If anything, Levy is the Student Councils hunting dog; after all, you need a troublemaker to catch a troublemaker.

Bio: Levy was born in London to a father soon to become the highest ranking detective in the city’s police force. His siblings were all special too: an academic genius of a sister, a sports star of a brother. His younger sister was an acting sensation! All teen prodigies – born to one of the most successful couples around. A perfect family? Not quite. Levy – untalented, unambitious and stuck in the shadow of his siblings. To his parents he was ‘hopeless’. This feeling of insignificance only made Levy try less, grow further apart from his family and pretty much fail school.
In a last ditch attempt, his father shared his experience and insight into being a detective, hoping Levy might find inspiration and have some hope in getting a job. Police bosses reluctantly agreed, and case notes on the biggest criminals in London were now at the fingertips of Levy. Finally, submerged into the dystopian criminal underground of London, Levy found something he was good at.
He dropped out of school and worked 24/7 on hunting down these criminals. Clue by clue, Levy started to piece together mysteries that had stumped the police for years. After providing information for police to take down criminal after criminal, Levy was faced with his biggest task yet, taking down a syndicate known as The Clock Tower.
Although, things weren’t to go as expected. Not long after finding out who spearheaded the organization, Levy was sent to Japan for reasons unknown… He doesn’t speak about the criminal syndicate, what happened, why he was sent to Mirai High, or why he even has powers. However, it is rumored to all be linked with The Clock Tower and whatever went on between Levy and the shady organization. And so the backstory of Levy Valentine, for now, remains shrouded in mystery.

Levy was recruited to the Student Council by Kuriyama Chiyuri in order to change his attitude on school. Basically, he wouldn’t be expelled for doing nothing if he was to put his skills to good use for them. A rehabilitation scheme, or something like that.

Name: Morrow Yates

Power: Plushy parade
Power Explanation:

Morrow's power involves animating her collection of stuffed plushies through psychomancy. Each individual plushy has its own unique abilties, banes and range from which they can be controlled at.


  • Mr. Stern: This plushy is composed of titanium and as such has an extreme weight that can be utilised in battle. Despite the extreme weight that can be put behind strikes with this plushie, it cannot be manipulated beyond less than a metre beyond her body. This means that Mr. Stern's use in battle is to get in the way of oncoming attacks as a means of defence. If Mr. Stern blocks an attack there is a two post cooldown before he can be picked up off the ground.


  • Ms. Pep: These plushies can be charged up and launched into the ground where they will act like boomerang bouncy balls, electrocuting slightly anyone they pass by and potentially inflicting a short based paralysis and electrical damage upon impact. If one manages to hit someone it will immediately begin its bounce back towards Morrow. She has three of these and each are the size of an apple. Two post cooldown


  • Mr. Mean: Her main plushy, Mr. Mean is life-sized and is stuffed with sand. While his attacks are weak they are swift, and Mr. Mean is animated independently of Morrow.


  • Ms. bubbly: While this plushy cannot be telekinetically moved, by squeezing its chest it releases a torrent of water from its mouth. Four post cooldown.


  • Mr. Cool: A small plushie, this one can be sent running around the field creating a sheet of slippery ice on the ground wherever it treads.
    Three post cooldown.

Personality: Despite what her frail and innocent appearance might imply about her character, Morrow has a foul scottish tongue and cooperation, manners and generosity didn't survive long in her family tree. While accustomed to being given everything she ever wanted she is far from a helpless spoiled brat that would run off to daddy whenever someone gave her any trouble. Morrow was raised on the principle that the best way for you to get what you want is for you to get what you want. Whether it be ambiguous threats to planned 'accidents', torture to bribery, Morrow is well versed in getting what she wants for herself.

Her choice to join the student council was obviously tactical, though the worth of the position was dictated by the worth of the committee. By being in charge of public relationships, Morrow controls the school's consensus on the council. From covering up incriminating activities to making lawsuits 'disapear' with some carefully placed threats, Morrow's dirty hands ensure the council remains clean.

Bio:

Born in Scottland to the daughter of a lucrative gun smuggler business man, Morrow's childhood was extremely comfortable albeit comforted by dirty money. After a contract with their pipeline to the R,I.R.A. went sour, Morrow's father decided he had to get his daughter as far away from the terrorists as she could, as they would no doubt have planned to use her, be it as a hostage for negotiation or a body for a message.

Hereditary stubbornness kept a resistant Morrow close, for a time. On her sixteenth birthday her father was just returning from picking up a birthday cake when he was killed by a car bomb planted by the R.I.R.A. in retaliation. This time forced against her will, Morrow was forced by his late father's connections to charter a plane to Japan, where she would attend Mirai high and get away from the violent life her father had long since tried to push her towards.

Once there, a grieving Morrow compartmentalised her emotions and used working in public relations with the school's student council as a cathartic means of dealing with her father's death.

Power Explanation: When he covers his ears, he gets an accelerated perception being able to see stuff move slightly slower (at 0.75 speed that everything else is moving) and increasing his speed by a small margin (1.25x his normal speed), the downside is that he can only use it for a short duration (3 posts) since it exhausts him to use it even for a short duration, he can also only use it when his ears are covered which would require him to not hearing anything else around him relying on his other senses.

Personality: He's usually quiet since he doesn't like talking too much, he says few words when he does speak and these are pretty straight forward coming off as rude sometimes which causes others to get mad at him, although he won't really say anything unless it's necessary. He likes to listen to music and sometimes read books while relaxing which is his favorite thing to do, just relax, besides that he's pretty clever when the situation needs it. Although being in the student council wouldn't count as something relaxing he manages through it by putting the right amount of effort and doing things quick so that they don't get annoying. Sora holds the president and vice president of the student council in very high regards as well as the rest of the student council but due to that he doesn't pay too much mind to other people outside of the student council or moral committee, this would make him appear as he looks down on others when it isn't really the case. Having a sweet tooth he tends to suck on lollipops or chew on gum, he enjoys his time in the school although he might not openly show it, at least just not yet.
Bio: Ever since he was small, Sora excelled at being lazy, always doing the bare minimum to pass his classes, not giving in enough effort in his clubs or at home, what he would mostly do would be play games, hear music, read or just relax maybe even sleep. Due to his secluded and non-caring personality other kids would look to bother him or that sort of stuff, always waiting for him on his way home but he'd just take a shortcut, pass through earlier or find other ways to avoid the hassle of confronting them. The world always felt like a boring place where he couldn't really get to enjoy anything, like most things went a bit too quick and it took the enjoyment out of them since they would last so little, at least it was like that until he discovered his power, it was unexpected, everything slowed down around him while he could still move slightly at a normal speed or maybe it just seemed that way but nonetheless he had a power and now stuff could be more interesting... well only if he wasn't so lazy to do anything else. His power was noticed by others, agencies, organizations and more but quick enough someone approached him, a woman saying that she could help him improve his power and give him an exciting school life at the same time, he accepted the lady's invitation and entered Mirai high where he joined the student council and now lives his school days still as lazy and uneventful as always, well at least till this day, after all who knows what the future hold.

Power Explanation: Water sources within 50 yards of her can be used to her advantage during fights. With her scythe water from these sources nearby can be sent flying in small thin quantities in slashes through the air that are sharp enough to cause cuts. Water in small amounts can also be manipulated into shapes and be partially solidified in the shape for two post or being struck with force, before rushing back into water. A thin bubble like shield can be formed around one thing to protect from a single hit and takes 3 post to cool down before another is formed. Purified water and Clara’s power may also regenerate and heal small cuts and bruises but anything greater than that she attempts takes its toll on her own body taking 50% of the damage.

Personality:Clara tends to be an open and friendly person. Growing up with her mother which also had powers, her life seemed to be rather normal. She worked hard in her studies and was at the top of her class.
Bio: Clara was born into a somewhat normal life. Her mother like her, had powers that she kept quiet about. Clara growing up with a single parent worked hard to help out around the house even though they had been well off financially. Her father had died in a car accident before she had been born so she never knew him. Having her powers, her mother taught her to conceal them by keeping her emotions in control by communicating through music. Her mother being a musician taught her how to play a variety of instrument. Clara grew with confidence enjoying music as a hobby, she played piano and sang at the local café.
As she grew and enjoyed playing her mother entered her in competitions to test her talents. Being a rather relaxed person she never to seem to take these competitions too seriously but put in the effort to please her mom. Winning and placing in just about of them she eventually just entered them on her to have some fun. As she turned 16 her powers started to grow quicker than she could grow in concealing them. Such as when the rain would fall, Clara would have water gravitate towards her. Wanting to learn more about her powers and how to use them rather than hide them she set herself on the path to Mirai to learn.

Magical girl transformation

Personality: Mika is a very straight forward person, she isnt shy and doesnt back down, she's got a bad temper. If you ever get in a fight with this girl prepare to lose because she knows how to kick ass. She is slightly aggressive and it a take charge kinda person, but only when people are in dire need of it. Her hard ass persona aside, Mika is a very sweet girl, the kind that will help a little old lady cross the street without a second thought. She is very over-protective of the people she cares about. She does have a bit of a flirty side to her and is always there to help out.
Bio: Mika grew up in an orphanage until eventually she was adopted by a nice lady that took her in and treated her like if she was her own daughter. She grew up in a small village made of mostly farmers in England. Because of this kind deed that was done to her she became the person that she is. Where she always wants to to help others just like her step mom helped her. She and her mother did a lot of stuff together like farming and dancing and even cooking. She loves to express herself through poetry that she loves to write. She discovered her powers around age 12 and her mother has helped her ever since

I am not sure if 5 uses for a power is acceptable for an SC character, but here's my view.

I don't see how the wing creation is connected with her wind powers. As long as the wings are just for show, I suppose it is fine. Giving her defensive and offensive abilities just makes her too flexible. So ability 2 has to go. Abilities 5 and 4 need a bit more detail. How much can they injure? I am not too sure about ability 1, since making tornadoes and hurricanes can be highly destructive. Also, your abilities are missing cooldowns.

Sorry if it seems I am nitpicking. Just being cautious. Any other admins are free to add their view.

I dont know how small to make her wind formation powers. She could make small tornados to begin with. I just added it under, wind formation now. 4 post - 2 post cool down. How exactly would I measure this? Guess i better do some research on tornados XD and wind velosity.

Ability five is simple.
She just throws a wind slash at the enemy with her weapon. They can just dodge or something. No cool down for this one, i think it is a simple move. But if you dont think that is the case, ill add a cool down

I can see why you would say ability four is destructive. Better get to thinking how I am going to make that work.. might actually have to take that one out

For wind formation, my main concern is how powerful the tornadoes are. Do they just knock or move a character around like ability 3? Or does it have some offensive capability?

Your neko charms have convinced me....slightly. :P
I may consider allowing you to keep the wind barrier if you remove its ability to harm along with the cooldown you have proposed. An ability that can both harm and defend is too powerful. There is also the matter of determining the number of posts it lasts.

As for five, what is the distance of this wind slash? Or is it just a normal attack? If it has a range component to it, then it will need a cooldown.

Yes. Four is a bit powerful. I would recommend just taking that out. But if you can propose some tweaks, I may consider allowing it.

Alright. So ability 1 is essentially like 3, huh? I guess it stays.

Ability 4 only once every battle? That may be acceptable. How much damage can it cause and what is the radius of the explosion?

And I still need a range for air razor xD

As for abilities, here are my proposed cooldowns and durations.
1. 3 post cooldown
2. 2 post duration, 5 post cooldown
3. 3 post cooldown
4. Single use.
5. 2 post cooldown

I think if you agree with those, and then add them to the profile, we can be on our way to approving Mika. ^^

Marina is typically a bit of a relaxed person, but with an underlying strong attitude. She isn’t one to be easily bothered by things, keeping her cool for the most parts under stressful situations, but when angered she is a ticking time bomb. Marina is a defender of others around her, willing to protect those in danger, putting her life on the line if she has to. Being an event manager, Marina is very talkative with anyone she meets, since she does have to control events being a people person is a plus. Catching her in a silent mood is very rare and should warrant caution since it means she is busy with something and should not be bothered.

So once one shield is summoned it won't be able to move from its position, just call it a barrier in that case since that's mainly what it is, it seems okay if it's like one use and doesn't move from that spot, of course can't be completely impenetrable but everything seems right here.

Think of Design as a machine with humanoid appearance; she has all four of her limbs mechanical, her mind transformed into a hypercomputer, and her eyes converted to scanners of stunning accuracy.
Anatomy
Design's eyes are equipped with measurement devices, allowing her to accurately measure the distance between any two points.

Also, her eyes function as some sort of camera, allowing her to store extremely accurate visual images in her memory.

Her cardiovascular and nervous systems are replaced with an energy circuit system and a command circuit system, respectively. Her command circuit system registers all the normal nervous system functions, but doesn't register pain.

Her digestive system remains intact, but is now purely accessory. She can sustain herself through energy synthesis from various other sources.
Combat Field
Design's abilities revolve around what is known as her "combat field", an fixed but intangible spherical area of a ten-meter radius which supplies Design energy (called "field energy") synthesized from its surroundings. This energy is used for all of Design's combat abilities.
Field Energy is regenerated at a rate of 10% per post.
When Design is forcibly ejected from the combat field, her circuits are temporarily turned off, shutting her down for one post while the control field dematerializes.
The combat field needs one full post to be deployed.
Combat Abilities
When inside a combat field, Design can use these abilities to aid her, at the cost of Field Energy: (Only two of these abilities may be activated per post.)
  • Augment - In exchange for 30% field energy, Design could choose to increase one of her attributes by 30% (1.3x increase). The following attributes can be increased:
    • Physical Strength
    • Movement Speed
    • Endurance
    • Physical Defense
    • Accuracy
    • Insulation (increases Design's resistance against energy-based and temperature-based attacks)

    A maximum of two Augmentations could be active at any time, and no attribute could be Augmented twice. Also, while an Augmentation is active, the field energy cap is reduced to 70% (normal field energy cap is 100%). When two Augmentations are active, the field energy cap is reduced to 40%.
  • Repel - At the cost of 40% maximum field energy, Design could project a field of pure force from the field's center outwards, pushing away all entities inside her combat field. Force applied is inversely proportional to the distance between the center of the field and the entity. Entities outside the combat field are unaffected. Repel has a five post cooldown.
  • Repair - At the cost of 20% field energy, Design's mechanical body will execute a regeneration protocol, allowing her to repair damages in her circuit systems. Design is rendered immobile for the duration of Repair.
    Repair has a cooldown of five posts.
  • Overdrive - Design could use this ability to send the combat field into overdrive, increasing its energy synthesis rate to 20% per post. Overdrive will forcibly remove all active Augmentations. Lasts two posts and has a five-post cooldown.
  • Materialize - Activating this ability costs 70% field energy, and will disable the combat field's energy synthesis. Upon activation, the combat field takes on a material form, its appearance similar to that of asbestos.
    The combat field is extremely durable and will effectively isolate all entities inside the combat field from the outside.
    When deactivated, the combat field dematerializes and resumes its energy synthesis. This ability has a four post cooldown.
  • Expand - Upon activation, the combat field expands at the cost of 10% field energy per meter,to a maximum of three meters (30% field energy).
  • Discharge - This ability will consume all remaining field energy, and cannot be activated while Materialize is active.
    Upon activation, the combat field will cancel all active combat abilities, and will charge for one post, in which Design is left immobile and defenseless, but still conscious. After this process (one post later), Design will be forcibly ejected out of the combat field, and the field will be bombarded with jolts of electrical discharges, effectively disrupting all mechanical constructs, dealing damage to all organic entities, and stunning them for one post.
    Discharge has a ten post cooldown.

Weapon: A rare Royal MM34 Mauser machine pistol, modified by the Grand Design Weapons Division to meet the statistics of a Magnum revolver.

I'd say add a five post cooldown to repel, reference her having to be immobile while repairing, and get rid of supply (or add a fitting side/after effect to it) and she's good to go.
