Power: Once-Felled Dogma
Power Explanation: Since Ashe has escaped the cold clutches of death, once upon a time, she must make amends in order to justify the miracle of her second life. This code is known as the Dogma of the Once-Felled, and is described by 4 imperative laws.
0. The entirety of a second life must be dedicated to the future of humanity. In any given situation, Ashe is required to defend the future of the human race. Failure to do so demands severe punishment.
1. Ashe cannot take the life of another of her species. That is a privilege granted only to those who haven't yet had their life stolen.
2. In order to ensure her second life doesn't go to waste, Ashe is required to defend herself from any impersonal hazard or danger unless it would defy the previous rules.
3. Disobeying an order from any human is forbidden unless the order breaks any of the previous rules, or contradicts another such active order. Ashera must strive to serve humanity. Straying from this objective requires remuneration.
If any of these rules are broken, Ashe must perform self-mutilation in regards to the severity of her disobedience. She hides her self-inflicted scars under the metal plating on her arm, hand, and legs
As long as these laws are followed however, Ashe is granted a considerable boost (1.5 times her normal ability) to her strength, speed, skill, perception, reaction time, and endurance in defensive combat.
Weapon: Florete. An unusual sword with no handle, and edges on all sides. There is an eye-like orb embedded in it bearing a strange design.
What? Of course it's not looking at you! You must be imagining things...
Club: Fencing & Drama
Role in SC: Vice President
Personality: Ashe's personality can be divided into two distinct aspects: her emotion driven human nature, and her inhuman duty as a Once-Felled. I'll begin with the former.
Ashe is very emotionally vulnerable, and is quick to empathize and sympathize in reaction to others, however she manages to maintain her composure due to her headstrongness. Since she quickly connects with people, Ashe comes off as exceptionally loyal when interacting with her companions, a trait that is as much a detriment as it is a boon. Yet, due to her vulnerable nature there are times when Ashe's mind becomes clouded with a sense of betrayal, sometimes without proper reason. She usually keeps these doubts to herself, but like everyone she can be prone to emotional outbursts when everything becomes too much to handle. In her interactions with other people Ashe keeps quiet unless she has something meaningful to contribute, or she feels obliged to speak. The last thing she wants is to embarrass herself by interjecting an impulsive opinion. She'll show kindness to her friends, disdain to her enemies, and try to leave an impression on strangers.
A single similarity links the two aspects of her personality, and that is her loyalty. The inhuman aspect of her character is forced upon her by the Dogma of the Once-Felled, and is essentially her duty to humanity. Despite Ashe's wishes, she must prioritize the laws before taking into account her own personal values, unless she is willing to disregard the law and pay the required price. Even so, Ashe performs her role as a servant to humanity to the best of her ability, even if it means the uncharacteristic betrayal of all others and their eternal enmity.
Ashera grew up as a typical country girl by most standards. Her mother did housework while her father worked the fields. Along with her little sister, Ashe tended to the animals that she loved ever so much. The weather was never too harsh, nor was the work, and so her family prospered, profiting greatly off the land. It was a pleasant and quaint lifestyle that fit Ashe perfectly.
Ashe knew she would inherit the fields, being the eldest child, and so she dedicated her free time to assisting her sister with her future. She shared knowledge, belongings, and her dreams. The two of them were, for the most part, inseparable.
Summer began unexpectedly fast, bringing searing heat and weeks of drought. Moods were tense around home, and everyone had to work especially hard to maintain the crops and livestock. However, all the tension melted away on the sister's birthday. To celebrate turning 10, Ashe took her to a nearby town and treated her to sweets, pastries, and bonbons alike. It was a pleasant day void of worries and responsibilities, until Ashe took notice of a trail of smoke coming from beyond the hills where her house was. She grabbed her sister's arm and hurried in that direction without giving an explanation. As they got closer, the heat intensified and the air became clouded with smog. Ashe knew what to anticipate, but nothing could have prepared her for the monstrous blaze that had engulfed her home. Ashe felt dizzy and nauseous. All she could hear was the crackling sound of dry wood. As she stood shocked, her sister pulled away and ran towards the house which brought Ashe back to her senses. She ran in pursuit shouting her sister's name, but as she passed under a doorway the structure collapsed on her. Ashe couldn't move under the flaming debris, and when she opened her mouth to scream, her lungs filled with smoke silencing her. Her sister screamed somewhere in the distance, but struggling only exposed her more to the flames. All the colours disappeared, and everything because indistinguishable as darkness tore away Ashe's consciousness. She closes her eyes, knowing they would never open again.
The darkness greeted her. "Poor thing..." A voice reverberated through Ashe, but not from her ears or mind. "Such a loyal being....extinguished." The searing pain lessened and her mind began to clear. "May your loyalty serve the world well..." In an instant, Ashe's vision ripple back and the world reappeared before her.
She pushed aside the charred wood covering her and stood up with strength she had no right to possess. In her hand she was clutching a strange needle-like weapon that was cutting into her burnt skin. For whatever reason, she felt like the blade was watching her. It was dark, and the night sky was exposed through the fallen roof. The fire had gone out, only because there was nothing left for it to burn. Having no desire to rummage through the rubble, Ashe turned her back on her home and wandered the area for shelter.
For the next few years, Ashe performed jobs wherever she could find work, and saved up enough money to get by. She lived by the dogma of the Once-Felled, assisting humankind in their struggles while still trying to keep her own humanity in tact. She covered her burn scars with armour plates, except for the discolourations around her left eye, and carried on her life with as much normality as she could muster. Attending Mirai High was a natural progression for Ashera, as it provided her with shelter, food, and an opportunity to fulfill her duty to humanity.

Name: Levy Valentine
Power: Chaotic Eyes
Power Explanation: Levy has the potential to identify possible hazards and provoke them, using only his eyes. For example, he could trigger a cracked window to smash, a flammable barrel to explode, or a leaning crane to fall. All possible hazards must have a stimulant that could cause chaos, which is what Levy takes advantage of. As his rank and power improve to a greater degree, stimulants become less obvious and he will eventually be able to trigger destruction without needing any hazard.
Weapon: Sword, as seen in picture.
Club: Stride, Volleyball
Role in SC: Member
Personality: Seriously aloof and difficult to understand. Formerly a lazy delinquent with no drive to do anything, Levy has attempted to stroll through life thus far, attempting to blag his way out of doing or committing to anything that involves hard work. This personality and general attitude has clashed with various people, which has got Levy in to lots of trouble. Unfortunately he doesn’t care. And that’s the problem! If you can tolerate him, then he is generally pleasant and doesn’t mind humouring people. He is pretty sarcastic and witty, preferring to tease people to the limit before he actually fights them. Levy usually needs a responsible friend nearby to keep an eye on him, as speaking from experience, trouble is never far away from him. In fact, trouble follows Levy wherever he goes. He is a charismatic and surprisingly intuitive character, with the ability to read between the lines and sense when something is wrong. If anything, Levy is the Student Councils hunting dog; after all, you need a troublemaker to catch a troublemaker.
Bio: Levy was born in London to a father soon to become the highest ranking detective in the city’s police force. His siblings were all special too: an academic genius of a sister, a sports star of a brother. His younger sister was an acting sensation! All teen prodigies – born to one of the most successful couples around. A perfect family? Not quite. Levy – untalented, unambitious and stuck in the shadow of his siblings. To his parents he was ‘hopeless’. This feeling of insignificance only made Levy try less, grow further apart from his family and pretty much fail school.
In a last ditch attempt, his father shared his experience and insight into being a detective, hoping Levy might find inspiration and have some hope in getting a job. Police bosses reluctantly agreed, and case notes on the biggest criminals in London were now at the fingertips of Levy. Finally, submerged into the dystopian criminal underground of London, Levy found something he was good at.
He dropped out of school and worked 24/7 on hunting down these criminals. Clue by clue, Levy started to piece together mysteries that had stumped the police for years. After providing information for police to take down criminal after criminal, Levy was faced with his biggest task yet, taking down a syndicate known as The Clock Tower.
Although, things weren’t to go as expected. Not long after finding out who spearheaded the organization, Levy was sent to Japan for reasons unknown… He doesn’t speak about the criminal syndicate, what happened, why he was sent to Mirai High, or why he even has powers. However, it is rumored to all be linked with The Clock Tower and whatever went on between Levy and the shady organization. And so the backstory of Levy Valentine, for now, remains shrouded in mystery.
Levy was recruited to the Student Council by Kuriyama Chiyuri in order to change his attitude on school. Basically, he wouldn’t be expelled for doing nothing if he was to put his skills to good use for them. A rehabilitation scheme, or something like that.

"Everybody leaves a trail. All I do is find out what that is, and where it leads to"
Name: Chris Maverick
Power: Hunter's Instincts
Chris has a huge Hunter skillset, which are boosted by his power. He by far beats the most talented of hunters, his skills in hunting having gone over the top. He's more than a master at tracking, finding any kind of trail that may be left behind, and is always perfectly aware of his surroundings, seeing all objects and people in a room and a change of situation when he enters it, as well as spotting unusual things, being constantly aware of them. His marksman ship and stealth are highly increased, his patience and his stamina. All the skills involved with hunting, also including stamina and speed, are peaked out, making him the best hunter...ofcourse, he still has his flaws, and even if he is the best hunter, that doesnt make him unbeatable in the slightest, as he always knows. Thus, he often retreats or hides if he notices the situation getting too many risks
Weapon: Katana, Dagger and Bow
Role in SC: Member
Personality: A calm and relaxed person, very kind and comforting. All this makes it seem like he's an easy target without anything special at all, heck, he more than often just pretends to not have any powers, acting as if he were just a normal human who roams around the grounds, but behind that seeming defenselessness is the fact that he always is aware of his surrounding, and always on his guard. Ofcourse, he is relaxed, but that doesnt mean he's not aware of things.
Bio: (75 word minimum. No exceptions!):
Chris was born the son of a hunter and huntress, way way north, in a small village, isolated from the common world, and thus isolated from all new technologies and advances, not discovered on maps and the like. This has made him used to extreme colds, and prone to high heats, though he has slowly been adjusting....slowly. He learned to hunt from his parents since childhood, and found great joy in doing so, always practicing with his bow and dagger, not until he would hit the target, but until he wouldnt miss. When he grew older he would join his parents in the hunt, shooting his own prey, his parents selling them after he had skinned them and properly cut them to not waste any part of the animal. That was something else that he was brought up with, as a hunter, you don't hunt more than is needed.
Later though, people from a more advanced city way to their south, heck, they didnt even know technology was that far already, came to the forest, after which a hunting accident happened. His parents and him often used camouflage and lay still, until a deer or other animal would arrive, giving him his amazing patience and ability to stay perfectly still for long amounts of time. When they spotted some wildlife, the moved to shoot it. They didnt know about the other hunters though, armed with rifles, who then shot at them as they saw movement, 3 loud bangs being heard in the forest, 3 people dropping to the ground. Chris was covered by his parents, held in a last embrace as they blew their final breaths, Chris himself coughing up blood, wheezing a bit. He heard the commotion as the hunters saw what they hit, then everything went black.
When he woke up, he found himself in a weird room, some annoying beeping next to him. When he opened his eyes, he quickly, and automatically, took in the entire room, seeing things he'd never seen before, but which were recognizable or obvious for their use, the weird beeping being in the same rhythm as his heart rate made it obvious what that was. Later he was discovered by a nurse, after which the 2 men that had shot his parents came by, along with a doctor, telling him his parents were gone. He had slowly nodded, his legs pulled up with his arms around it, looking at the bed, saying it was just the law of nature "You're either Hunter or Prey....this time, we were the prey" He had commented, the men not sure how to respond to that. The kid in front of them lost his parents, yet didnt seem too hit by the news. After they had left, he had remained quiet and in that position for a while, shaking his head softly "I didn't want to be prey" he mumbled softly, before getting up from the bed, looking at the sky for a moment, seeing a light pass by which he hadnt seen before, later finding out it was a so called airplane "One last time.....I'll go hunting one last time.....and this time I'll be the hunter" He had spoken "And you'll be the prey" After that he had left the hospital, leaving no records of who he was, how he got there, or who brought him there, the only thing known was that there had been a boy there, who mysteriously vanished
He had made up his mind, taking his bow and dagger and setting out, leaving the hospital. He sniffed out the trail they left behind from the hospital, there are multiple types of trail after all, and this one seemed to exist on paper and electronica. He had made his way to the house, watching the two men through the window from the shadows, staying perfectly still, and thus unnoticed. Looking at them, he had only shook his head at first. The men were drinking and talking, and they had said it was an accident, which it was....right? Something in his head didnt seem right. He thought back for a moment, before suddenly realizing something. He made his way to the building, going in through a window on the other side, silently moving through the house, before suddenly opening the door to the room of the two men, his bow ready and pointed at them, the men stunned by surprise. "If you were out there hunting, why didnt you shoot the wildlife we were looking at? You were coming from the same side as it, so it passed you" He exclaimed, the men first unsure of how to respond, before grinning and shaking their head "You shouldve just left boy, you mightve liv-" One of them started, before getting cut off, a gurgling sound coming from his throat as he looked down, seeing only the last bit of feathers from an arrow sticking out of it, then fell over, the second men soon following his faith.
After a bit of searching through the house, he had found the mutilated corpses of his parents downstairs, skinned, the organs taken out, too gruesome.... He had taken his revenge, and with that, he had told himself to stop being a hunter, leaving his powers behind, as well as his past....or so he thought.
He started to venture through the world, running from the place first obviously, being wanted, even though no one knew who he was or where he came from, thus leaving no trail in the slightest. He made his way through several countries, trying to get rid of his powers, rid himself of the habit of constantly analyzing and tracking, but without much fruit, as if it was a curse left behind. He eventually got to a boat, having snuck on board with his stealth, which he once again caught himself on using the skills. He ventured with the boat across to a different land, having decided to stay there, crossing waters was the last point of escaping from his crimes after who knows how long he had traveled, more than 2 years he knew. Here, he would start anew, as a normal human, and having learned from people, at his age, he should be attending a school. Thus, after sending in an admission to the school he got attracted to, leaving out anything from before he arrived in Japan, heck, the only trace he had currently left that was findable was of him being in Japan, no documents or the like existing outside of that, he made his way there.......but why did it have to be a special school for powers?!? He entered himself with the power of higher endurance, though he ofcourse knew this wasnt all there was to it.

Power: Plushy parade
Morrow's power involves animating her collection of stuffed plushies through psychomancy. Each individual plushy has its own unique abilties, banes and range from which they can be controlled at.
Weapon: A collection of hanguns holstered in concealed areas around her body
Club: Sewing club
Role in SC: P.R. Representative
Personality: Despite what her frail and innocent appearance might imply about her character, Morrow has a foul scottish tongue and cooperation, manners and generosity didn't survive long in her family tree. While accustomed to being given everything she ever wanted she is far from a helpless spoiled brat that would run off to daddy whenever someone gave her any trouble. Morrow was raised on the principle that the best way for you to get what you want is for you to get what you want. Whether it be ambiguous threats to planned 'accidents', torture to bribery, Morrow is well versed in getting what she wants for herself.
Her choice to join the student council was obviously tactical, though the worth of the position was dictated by the worth of the committee. By being in charge of public relationships, Morrow controls the school's consensus on the council. From covering up incriminating activities to making lawsuits 'disapear' with some carefully placed threats, Morrow's dirty hands ensure the council remains clean.
Born in Scottland to the daughter of a lucrative gun smuggler business man, Morrow's childhood was extremely comfortable albeit comforted by dirty money. After a contract with their pipeline to the R,I.R.A. went sour, Morrow's father decided he had to get his daughter as far away from the terrorists as she could, as they would no doubt have planned to use her, be it as a hostage for negotiation or a body for a message.
Hereditary stubbornness kept a resistant Morrow close, for a time. On her sixteenth birthday her father was just returning from picking up a birthday cake when he was killed by a car bomb planted by the R.I.R.A. in retaliation. This time forced against her will, Morrow was forced by his late father's connections to charter a plane to Japan, where she would attend Mirai high and get away from the violent life her father had long since tried to push her towards.
Once there, a grieving Morrow compartmentalised her emotions and used working in public relations with the school's student council as a cathartic means of dealing with her father's death.

Name: Sora Yagami
Power: Rhythm of battle or Sense Swap however you wanna call it
Power Explanation: When he covers his ears, he gets an accelerated perception being able to see stuff move slightly slower (at 0.75 speed that everything else is moving) and increasing his speed by a small margin (1.25x his normal speed), the downside is that he can only use it for a short duration (3 posts) since it exhausts him to use it even for a short duration, he can also only use it when his ears are covered which would require him to not hearing anything else around him relying on his other senses.
Club: Literature and Music
Role in SC: Secretary
Personality: He's usually quiet since he doesn't like talking too much, he says few words when he does speak and these are pretty straight forward coming off as rude sometimes which causes others to get mad at him, although he won't really say anything unless it's necessary. He likes to listen to music and sometimes read books while relaxing which is his favorite thing to do, just relax, besides that he's pretty clever when the situation needs it. Although being in the student council wouldn't count as something relaxing he manages through it by putting the right amount of effort and doing things quick so that they don't get annoying. Sora holds the president and vice president of the student council in very high regards as well as the rest of the student council but due to that he doesn't pay too much mind to other people outside of the student council or moral committee, this would make him appear as he looks down on others when it isn't really the case. Having a sweet tooth he tends to suck on lollipops or chew on gum, he enjoys his time in the school although he might not openly show it, at least just not yet.
Bio: Ever since he was small, Sora excelled at being lazy, always doing the bare minimum to pass his classes, not giving in enough effort in his clubs or at home, what he would mostly do would be play games, hear music, read or just relax maybe even sleep. Due to his secluded and non-caring personality other kids would look to bother him or that sort of stuff, always waiting for him on his way home but he'd just take a shortcut, pass through earlier or find other ways to avoid the hassle of confronting them. The world always felt like a boring place where he couldn't really get to enjoy anything, like most things went a bit too quick and it took the enjoyment out of them since they would last so little, at least it was like that until he discovered his power, it was unexpected, everything slowed down around him while he could still move slightly at a normal speed or maybe it just seemed that way but nonetheless he had a power and now stuff could be more interesting... well only if he wasn't so lazy to do anything else. His power was noticed by others, agencies, organizations and more but quick enough someone approached him, a woman saying that she could help him improve his power and give him an exciting school life at the same time, he accepted the lady's invitation and entered Mirai high where he joined the student council and now lives his school days still as lazy and uneventful as always, well at least till this day, after all who knows what the future hold.

Power: Calming water
Power Explanation: Water sources within 50 yards of her can be used to her advantage during fights. With her scythe water from these sources nearby can be sent flying in small thin quantities in slashes through the air that are sharp enough to cause cuts. Water in small amounts can also be manipulated into shapes and be partially solidified in the shape for two post or being struck with force, before rushing back into water. A thin bubble like shield can be formed around one thing to protect from a single hit and takes 3 post to cool down before another is formed. Purified water and Clara’s power may also regenerate and heal small cuts and bruises but anything greater than that she attempts takes its toll on her own body taking 50% of the damage.
Rank: (Student Council Members start at E)E
Role in SC: Treasurer
Personality:Clara tends to be an open and friendly person. Growing up with her mother which also had powers, her life seemed to be rather normal. She worked hard in her studies and was at the top of her class.
Bio: Clara was born into a somewhat normal life. Her mother like her, had powers that she kept quiet about. Clara growing up with a single parent worked hard to help out around the house even though they had been well off financially. Her father had died in a car accident before she had been born so she never knew him. Having her powers, her mother taught her to conceal them by keeping her emotions in control by communicating through music. Her mother being a musician taught her how to play a variety of instrument. Clara grew with confidence enjoying music as a hobby, she played piano and sang at the local café.
As she grew and enjoyed playing her mother entered her in competitions to test her talents. Being a rather relaxed person she never to seem to take these competitions too seriously but put in the effort to please her mom. Winning and placing in just about of them she eventually just entered them on her to have some fun. As she turned 16 her powers started to grow quicker than she could grow in concealing them. Such as when the rain would fall, Clara would have water gravitate towards her. Wanting to learn more about her powers and how to use them rather than hide them she set herself on the path to Mirai to learn.

I am not sure if 5 uses for a power is acceptable for an SC character, but here's my view.
I don't see how the wing creation is connected with her wind powers. As long as the wings are just for show, I suppose it is fine. Giving her defensive and offensive abilities just makes her too flexible. So ability 2 has to go. Abilities 5 and 4 need a bit more detail. How much can they injure? I am not too sure about ability 1, since making tornadoes and hurricanes can be highly destructive. Also, your abilities are missing cooldowns.
Sorry if it seems I am nitpicking. Just being cautious. Any other admins are free to add their view.
She had wings and could fly to begin with. (It would only make sense since she is a wind user.)
I dont know how small to make her wind formation powers. She could make small tornados to begin with. I just added it under, wind formation now. 4 post - 2 post cool down. How exactly would I measure this? Guess i better do some research on tornados XD and wind velosity.
Awww the second one was my favorite ;.;
I want a compromise with this one x.x
How about once every 6 post? Nee?
Ability five is simple.
She just throws a wind slash at the enemy with her weapon. They can just dodge or something. No cool down for this one, i think it is a simple move. But if you dont think that is the case, ill add a cool down
I can see why you would say ability four is destructive. Better get to thinking how I am going to make that work.. might actually have to take that one out
So wings are just for appearance. Okay. Just making sure. ^^
For wind formation, my main concern is how powerful the tornadoes are. Do they just knock or move a character around like ability 3? Or does it have some offensive capability?
Your neko charms have convinced me....slightly. :P
I may consider allowing you to keep the wind barrier if you remove its ability to harm along with the cooldown you have proposed. An ability that can both harm and defend is too powerful. There is also the matter of determining the number of posts it lasts.
As for five, what is the distance of this wind slash? Or is it just a normal attack? If it has a range component to it, then it will need a cooldown.
Yes. Four is a bit powerful. I would recommend just taking that out. But if you can propose some tweaks, I may consider allowing it.
Ability 1, mostly moves people. I dont see how I can cause harm witout making it op. Maybe if she makes a tornado then moves it so the person can slam against something.
Hurray for being neko!
Ok, ill remove the harmful part of the the barrier
3 post, 1 post cool down
Yeah, air razor is a range attack so how about 2 post- 1 post cool down
She Can create a small explosion once during every battle
Alright. So ability 1 is essentially like 3, huh? I guess it stays.
Ability 4 only once every battle? That may be acceptable. How much damage can it cause and what is the radius of the explosion?
And I still need a range for air razor xD
As for abilities, here are my proposed cooldowns and durations.
1. 3 post cooldown
2. 2 post duration, 5 post cooldown
3. 3 post cooldown
4. Single use.
5. 2 post cooldown
I think if you agree with those, and then add them to the profile, we can be on our way to approving Mika. ^^
Name: Yuria “Project Dawn” Hammond
Power: Genetic Finesse
Power Explanation: Yuria’s altered genetics allow her to achieve superhuman levels of physical prowess. She has a passive 1.4x bonus to the following attributes: Strength, Endurance, and Acrobatics (Not speed. She can just perform certain actions such as climbing much better.)
Galil ACE assault rifle
Club: Marksman, Literature
Role in SC: Member
Personality: Yuria carries herself with a seriousness only matched by her slothful manners and attitude towards anything but her current object of interest. While capable of striking up conversation with anyone, she is prone to losing focus on the conversation unless she finds the person interesting. She has the tendency to use the least amount of words possible to answer simple questions. The somewhat slovenly expression she has at times gives off the impression that she is stupid. Those who dare point that out to her soon find her angry and very much intelligent. Can be typically found reading novels using her PDA. Loves taking naps.
Yuria Hammond is the only daughter of the prestigious man only known as “Mr. Hammond”, CEO and owner of the megacorporation Hammond Dev. and Genetics, a company that specializes in genetic research and R&D. The main statement and goal of the company has always been “The advancement of humanity, in our hands.” This is taken to its logical conclusion through the use of genetic research to create superior humans. Of course, since human experimentation is banned under many different laws and treaties, such research is handled by the secret division of Hammond Dev. and Genetics only known as CODE.
The excitement when a way to create a genetic alteration that could increase the physical properties of humans was found came crashing down when its application resulted in the death of many of the embryotic subjects. A specific genetic sequence was needed to successfully implement the genetic augmentation. And ironically, the daughter of the man who supported such research was the one prime candidate for such augmentation. With what would eventually become regret and self-loathing, Mr. Hammond approved the alteration of Yuria’s embryo. Her mother never found out about such alteration, and believes that her daughter died at childbirth due to complications.
As she was raised in one of Hammond Dev. and Genetics’ many research facilities, Yuria’s growth was carefully observed, the success of her powers bringing celebratory cries from the researchers and scientists of CODE. Around this time, CODE also began entering the more….private sector, implementing a program to create powerful mercenaries. Yuria was the first person to undergo the rigorous training at the age of 6. She completed the training at the age of 16. However, due to the intervention of Mr. Hammond, Yuria was not authorized to accept missions as she was considered too “coddled” to do so, and the fact that Mr. Hammond would not allow it. She spent 3 years in a property of her family after that, mostly alone and kept comfortable by the fortune they owned.
Sometime soon, it was revealed to both Yuria and Mr. Hammond that CODE has secretly created clones of Yuria, most of which were failures except for the first one. Furious about discovering one of his most secret divisions working behind his back, he demanded to be informed of every detail about those experiments. The first and only clone that had survived had been created when Yuria was 2 years old. Raised in another facility, this clone had, according to CODE, developed similar abilities to Yuria, although an error in the clone’s genetics were causing a slow deterioration. The researchers in CODE had found a solution to the issue, but had sent her away to a certain educational facility to see if she could further develop her powers. Deciding that is was time to get Yuria more into the world, as well as get to know what Mr. Hammond considered Yuria’s “sister”, he sent her to Mirai High with the cure to her afflictions, along with the name of her target.

Name: Marina Arlene
Power: “King’s Guard”
A support type power, King’s Guard allows Marina to summon three sacred relics, known as the Citadel Guardians. The main purpose of the three shields are to create a protective semi-impenetrable barrier to safe guard either Marina or an ally. Heavy attacks from elemental powers will destroy the protective barrier, and will still be able to deal 70% of the intended damage on to the person behind the barrier.
The three shields each have a secondary purpose, allowing Marina to use them for different situations.
The first shield, The Alver, grants healing to the target it is protecting. The healing power increases by Marina’s rank. At its current power level, this shield can only heal minor injuries. Serious ones will not be affected.
The second shield, The Tiraklas, is able to move an injured target to safety, moving them to Marina if she is at a far distance from the fight or just moving them behind some other sort of cover away from the battle. If Marina uses a lot of her own energy, the Tiraklas power increases, to the point it will be able to teleport an injured person to any known infirmary. Currently only the school infirmary seems to be a place that is established as a way point, as Marina needs to summon the Tiraklas in other places, so the shield can create another set point.
The third shield, The Hayarim, is the strongest of the three shields and main purpose is to actually protect an entire group from incoming fire. It is able to create a barrier that can cover a group of four people. The amount of people it can encompass can increase as Marina’s rank increases.
The protective nature of all shields vary. The first two shields only last one post, and after disappear. They cannot be used again for two posts. The third, being the strongest, can last for two posts at the moment, but can’t be used again for six posts.
As Marina’s power increases, the durability of each shield can increase.
Summoning the shields requires Marina to use her own life energy. Over use can have negative effects on her, from weakening her or outright causing her to collapse. The Alver and Tiraklas don’t have a heavy toll compared to the Hayarim, thus Marina can safely use them more often. The Hayarim thus has a limited use factor before affecting Marina, with her only being able to currently use it two times in one day before succumbing to the side effects.
Despite their seimi-impenetrable factor, the shields only actually protect against frontal and aerial attacks from any normal weaponry or normal elemental attacks. As stated above, heavier elemental attacks will break the shields and deal damage to the people behind the barriers, albiet reduced by 30%. Attacks from behind can still hit people, thus making the back defenseless to any type of attack. It for this reason that Marina tries to not get into situations where she is surrounded on all sides by enemies, as the shields protective power could not be used effectively, as they will still allow enemies to hit her or her allies with attacks from behind.
Marina CANNOT use all three shields at the same time. At max, she can only summon the Alver and Tiraklas each alone or at the same time, or just the Hayarim alone. Mixing the three will knock her out and render her defenseless and useless.
When active, the shield blocks attacks from both sides. Anyone behind the shield can't attack, until the shield disappears. Only area they can launch attacks is the entire backside that as stated, is completely open.
Forcefully trying to grab the shields will cause them to disappear and thus the barrier they create to also go away.
Hitting/attacking Marina will cause her to lose concentration and is another way to remove the shields from play.
Weapon: Aether Rifle
The Aether Rifle is a specially modified rifle that is able to shoot modified bullets that carry an electrical charge capable of stunning targets.. On impact with a target the bullet releases the charge, which depending on the voltage, can stun and incapacitate a target for varying degrees of time. Small charges will only stop a target for a few seconds, while heavier charges will have the effect of a stun gun making contact with a person. No bullet has a fully lethal charge, it is impossible for any of her targets to be killed by these bullets, if she shoots at non-lethal areas. The bullets themselves, although dangerous enough alone due to the typical bullet speed and impact, aren’t actually meant for regular penetration. Instead these bullets have small heads that attach to a target, by which the charge is thus surged through. They will of course cause typical bruising in the areas they hit.
Think of this weapon as just a long range, and highly dangerous + effective, stun gun of sorts. The rifle CAN fire regular type bullets, but Marina detests using regular type bullets and will never use them in her rifle.
Marina also knows hand to hand combat, but she has normal levels of strength, akin to any typical fit person. She has no extra powers, so hand to hand vs a super powered human would end badly for her.
Role in SC Club : School Event Manager
Marina is typically a bit of a relaxed person, but with an underlying strong attitude. She isn’t one to be easily bothered by things, keeping her cool for the most parts under stressful situations, but when angered she is a ticking time bomb. Marina is a defender of others around her, willing to protect those in danger, putting her life on the line if she has to. Being an event manager, Marina is very talkative with anyone she meets, since she does have to control events being a people person is a plus. Catching her in a silent mood is very rare and should warrant caution since it means she is busy with something and should not be bothered.
Marina was born into a family of hunters, who have all worked as either guards or mercenaries to some other person or organization. Her family name is well renowned for producing highly efficient marksmen, who in time become such deadly shots, that it is almost impossible to evade them. Growing up to live up to her family’s reputation meant that Marina had to toughen up in order to face enemies, both human and non-human alike.
Despite having certain goals pushed on to her, Marina still maintained a cool headed demeanor, on top of a self-committed task of protecting others she felt needed help. It is for this fact that Marina, instead of choosing the more hostile path of being a mercenary where her services could be used to kill others, chose to become a guardian. This path has led her down a more defense based training, of which most of her years as a child, she spent at a local monastery learning to summon ancient relics of protection. It is here that she was able to take control of the power known as the “King’s Guard”, giving her access to the three relic shields known as the Citadel Guards. It is this power that Marina had strived to get, a power that will allow her to fulfill her choice of becoming a strong guardian to others around her.
Even with all this, Marina did have side hobbies. One of these was mainly organizing things for the place she was training in, such as local events and minor gatherings. Her personality allowed her to be able to talk easily with everyone, and she learned to really take control of how things were run when it involved coordinating large groups. She also has a thing for custom made outfits, always willing to find some test subject to be her dress up doll. Her taste though, aren’t the most elegant or cute, as seen by her own outfit. None the less, these side hobbies of her are what pushed her to apply to Mirai’s student council, as an event manager. After all, now she could easily find potential dolls to play with, among the crowds that will attend the events she coordinates!
Her application to Mirai was solely based on her desire to learn more of the outside world, and to develop her own powers just like most of the students that attend this school. Due to the nature of her power being that of pure defense, Marina was gifted by her mentor, the Aether rifle. The rifle was originally intended to kill enemies, and was Marina’s main way of fighting back, but Marina tinkered with it and modified the bullets to create non-lethal rounds that would only stun a target long enough for Marina to get close and tie them up. Or knock them out with a good wham to the head. It is extremely rare for Marina to ever get the urge to kill an enemy, and to prevent this she tends to fight as a heavy support member in any team, relying more on her powers and weapon to help give her allies an advantage over the enemy, than trying to kill the enemy herself. Even so, Marina can fend for herself in tight situations.

So once one shield is summoned it won't be able to move from its position, just call it a barrier in that case since that's mainly what it is, it seems okay if it's like one use and doesn't move from that spot, of course can't be completely impenetrable but everything seems right here.

Power: Grand Design
Think of Design as a machine with humanoid appearance; she has all four of her limbs mechanical, her mind transformed into a hypercomputer, and her eyes converted to scanners of stunning accuracy.
Design's eyes are equipped with measurement devices, allowing her to accurately measure the distance between any two points.
Also, her eyes function as some sort of camera, allowing her to store extremely accurate visual images in her memory.
Her cardiovascular and nervous systems are replaced with an energy circuit system and a command circuit system, respectively. Her command circuit system registers all the normal nervous system functions, but doesn't register pain.
Her digestive system remains intact, but is now purely accessory. She can sustain herself through energy synthesis from various other sources.
Design's abilities revolve around what is known as her "combat field", an fixed but intangible spherical area of a ten-meter radius which supplies Design energy (called "field energy") synthesized from its surroundings. This energy is used for all of Design's combat abilities.
Field Energy is regenerated at a rate of 10% per post.
When Design is forcibly ejected from the combat field, her circuits are temporarily turned off, shutting her down for one post while the control field dematerializes.
The combat field needs one full post to be deployed.
When inside a combat field, Design can use these abilities to aid her, at the cost of Field Energy: (Only two of these abilities may be activated per post.)
Weapon: A rare Royal MM34 Mauser machine pistol, modified by the Grand Design Weapons Division to meet the statistics of a Magnum revolver.

I am the daughter of a rich man. I am the heiress to the Grand Design Systems, an organization studying various individuals with powers classified as supernatural, scientific, or downright weird.
Well, I was.
I was born to this world on the first of November and was given the name Anthousai, after the nymph of flora. My mother was sweet, caring. My father was overprotective, sophisticated. I was cheerful, always smiling.
Like any protective father, my father dressed me up as his own image of a princess - I was brought only to the most expensive of schools, I was taught how to play the violin and the piano, and was taught the ballet.
However, that was not what I had wanted.
I was his little princess and was forced to act like one. He'd show me to his colleagues and subordinates, and tell them how good of a little lady I was, and I'd simply smile at the old men. Those disgusting old men.
I wanted to be a soldier. It might have been the result of my habit of secretly watching spy and action movies at night, but whatever the reason, I was fascinated by military tactics.
For three years, since I was six, I studied things I really liked, away from the prying eyes of my family. I found happiness. I found my dream.
Mother was understanding. She figured out what I actually wanted to be - that's a mother for you - and still supported me. She'd convinced Father as well, and he talked to me one night.
"I understand," he said. "I respect your decision."
That moment, I was happy. The world brightened, and I saw my dream.
November 2010. The incident of Site-53. Thirteen individuals escaped containment, each of them wielder of an extraordinary ability. And I was caught in the middle of it.
I was in Site-53 that day. I was there to surprise dad, who was busy at work, being the head researcher and all. The moment I entered the hallway leading to his room, the lights went out.
I was scared. I closed my eyes, and with my ears, heard and distinguished a few of the many sounds - the blaring siren, the radio static of police intercoms, the shouting of terrified people, and gunfire.
I opened my eyes. There was someone standing in front of me. I looked at him, and saw a horrific image.
He - no, it - was a monster.
INITIATING FITTING SEQUENCE.
CIRCUIT SYSTEMS OPERATIONAL.
EXTERNAL ACTIVITY DETECTED.
I woke up to the sound of ricketing machinery and the chatter of researchers here and there. I opened my eyes, and saw Father's face right in front of me.
"Anthousai... Can you hear me?"
I responded with a nod. Something was off, I can feel it. Though I don't know what I was.
"Final experimentation is a success. Good job, team."
With a gesture, Father ordered all men to leave, save him and me.
"Anthousai, do you hear me? Do you remember me? Can you speak?
"Yes. I can," I responded with a voice that was clearly not mine. At least, I thought it was not mine.
"Oh, thank god. I thought that Site-53 finished you up good. We found your body separate from your limbs, you know. Good thing we patched you up."
I didn't understand what Father was saying. I got up, and was greeted by legs that weren't mine. I gasped in fear and covered my face with hands that weren't mine.
"Why, I just told you that, my dear. You were killed. But, you were reincarnated. Reborn. Remade."
"Well, not technically. We gave you a new body, better than ever. You are the Grand Design's greatest project - the Design."
I learned the news. Moments after the power outage in Site-53, I met a telekinetic, and a powerful one at that. Apparently, he ripped off my limbs using his mind or something. He ripped off the limbs of an eleven-year old.
After hearing that, Father went nuts. Hearing about my dream from my mom (who died of cardiac arrest last year), Father proceeded to fulfill my dream. He built a whole body from scratch, studied the sciences for years. He made me a soldier, made my dream come true. I'm supposed to thank him, but can I really?
I remembered Father's words from the day I woke up as Design.
"You have the power to contain. No one could escape your grasp. No one."

Name: Lynne the Waif
Power: The Waif's Resilience
Lynne doesn't possess any form of interference or acquired power. What she does possess is specific knowledge and experience in abundance; such as to be expected of someone, not only surviving, but thriving in a world where no man should ever tread.
Club: vintage sword appreciation club; motorcycle club
Role in SC: Authoritative enforcement officer
Freud proposed that psychological development in childhood takes place in a series of fixed stages. These are called psychosexual stages because each stage represents the fixation of libido (roughly translated as sexual drives or instincts) on a different area of the body. As a person grows physically certain areas of their body become important as sources of potential frustration (erogenous zones), pleasure or both.
Pampered beyond reason as a child, Lynne failed the first three of these stages, resulting in an oral, anal and phallic fixation, the latter of which contributing towards the development of an electra complex.
In the first stage of personality development the libido is centered in a baby's mouth. It gets much satisfaction from putting all sorts of things in its mouth to satisfy the libido, and thus its id demands. Which at this stage in life are oral, or mouth orientated, such as sucking, biting, and breastfeeding. With her mother being infamous for having the biggest pair of tits in the kingdom, it was no surprise that she was overly exposed to oral stimulation. After all, by the time Lynne started breastfeeding her mother's cursed breasts were already sporting nipples the size of a twelve year old's first boner.
On a less perverse note, Lynne's anal fixation is simply due to being potty trained at an early age, and rather harshly at that. Since the rest of the family were off banging all the whores they could find, Lynne was trained by the eunuchs, who seemed to be the only ones immune to the effects of the kingdom's curse... for obvious reasons. Developing a sense of anal-retentiveness from this, she grew into a woman who can't stand mess of any form, is very punctual, and resents authority.
At the zenith of the culmination of the conflict between erotic attraction, resentment, rivalry, jealousy and fear, we have the rise of a complex no one in the family was surprised about; a thing for incest in the form of an Electra complex. To be brief, an electra complex is one wherein the girl, in this case Lynne, desires the father, but realizes that she does not have a penis. This leads to the development of penis envy and the wish to be a boy. The girl resolves this by repressing her desire for her father and substituting the wish for a penis with the wish for a baby. The girl blames her mother for her 'castrated state' and this creates great tension. The girl then represses her feelings (to remove the tension) and identifies with the mother to take on the female gender role. This is how normal girls develop through this supposed complex; not how Lynne did. As she was snatched away from her family, sold to end the curse that blighted them just as she was about to take a daddy to the butthole, her means of progressing through this stage was actually to become as masculine as she could, disregarding and forgetting the foolish roles occupied by the sexier gender in her time.
The five-factor model is comprised of five personality dimensions (OCEAN): Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. The five dimensions are held to be a complete description of personality.
[*]Openness to experience: While in the Ether of Nihm this trait would have been extremely low, her recent exposure to the modern world has completely changed her openness levels, being amazed by technology, particularly with video games, of which she has developed an unhealthy obsession with. Scoring high in this trait, she is deemed an outgoing, eccentric and creative individual without a burning desire to experience new and wonderful things. She'll try anything once.
[*]Conscientiousness: Be it anal fixation of the result of being a captain for so long, her commanding attitude and strict demeanour combined with an abnormal level of intelligence has married into an exceptionally high conscientiousness score; making her an efficient, methodical and, above all, strict perfectionist.
[*]Extraversion: An extremely extroverted girl, Lynne is almost as happy thrusting herself into the centre of a crowd as she is thrusting a chiv into a tenta-ghoul's skull. She clearly has no problem with ever drawing attention to herself, after all, she has a lot of catching up to do in human contact field.
[*]Agreeableness: Being a very disagreeable person, Lynne, of course, places her self-interest above getting along with others. She is utterly unconcerned with others' well being, and is very unlikely to extend herself for other people. Oftentimes her own skepticism about others' motives will result in a suspicious, unfriendly, and uncooperative demeaour; such to be expected of one who learned to lead before learning to follow.
[*]Neuroticism: High neuroticism scores predict mental distress, emotional suffering, and an inability to cope effectively with the normal demands of life. Fortunately for Lynne, she's about as neurotic as a 67" flatscreen T.V.She is practically immune to being upset and is frighteningly emotionally unreactive. Because of this, when not taunting, she can be somewhat seen as being a calm, emotionally stable, and relaxed girl, free from persistent negative feelings. That doesn't mean she experiences many positive feelings, though, as affective paralysis is a harsh mistress.
Lynne's physical behaviour is most efficaciously underpinned by simply reiterating the word physical more dramatically. Extremely confident in both herself and her abilities, she never needed to restrict herself or her actions for fear of consequences. While not necessarily an aggressive woman, it is undeniable that her proficiencies both with respect to captaining a ship and swordsmanship have lent their hand towards the development of a highly demanding and smug individual, never to shy a way from a taunting quip or snidely insulting anyone to everyone whenever the situation arises.
The former example, combined with her anal fixation, have given her a rather rigid and authoritative stance with her dealings and, despite hierarchy present, will always insist on assuming the maximum level of authority in ant given scenario. This, mixed with the endless stream of sardonic wit makes her a bothersomely unapproachable individual, one that no one is ever sure where they stand in regard to.
Graced with youth, skill and experience in equal measure, Lynne thinks she invincible through and through, with her behaviour certainly reflective of this.
Her mannerisms are as they would expect to be. She has no patience, tolerance or adherence to any degree of etiquette, instantly demonstrative by the wretched pang of fish that lingers around here wherever she goes. Her behaviour in this regard is far more relatable to that of a mid eighties biker gang member than that of the princess she was supposed to be. The biggest offence of her lack of mannerisms is without doubt her peculiar tendency to urinate over those she bests in combat as a sort of sadistic way of conveying “I just owned you”.
A life spent at sea has caused an imbalance in her equipoise, which explains one of the most noticeable idiosyncrasies of hers: a constant swaying motion. Be it rocking back and forth or to the side, stillness is her seasickness and thus stationary balance is something she actively avoids at all costs. Even when sleeping, which she always does outside in a hammock, her body subconsciously sways, swinging the hammock from side to side.
As aforementioned in the report of her psychosexual development, Having developed both anal and oral fixation she is accompanied by a host of derived idiosyncrasies relating to a constant need to have her mouth full, be that with her thumb, gum or something infinitely more fun.
