| I dunno about HxH..but FMA and FMA:B are pretty much the exact same until around episode 20ish or so I think. After that is when the fillers start in FMA. Don't bother with FMA honestly. The last half isn't canon. Just watch Brotherhood. :) |

I didn't really like the direction it took but I know a lot of people who thought it was still pretty decent regardless of it being filler. |

| TV-1 is a adaptation based on (but not completely corresponding) original manga. Differences in adaptation: the history of anime in 2003 and Brotherhood differs after the episode of the meeting with the homunculus Greed (episode 32-35 in FMA and episode 15 in Brotherhood). Then story goes quite different ways. So before first 15 series, the Brotherhood almost repited the TV-1 and the original manga in an accelerated way. P.S. I still recommend to watch the first anime adaptation first. |
