| Radudai Kishi no Cavalry Final Thoughts That ending gave me a big swerve when I consider the grading of the show. I'm trying to think what is the last show I watched that ended in a marriage proposal. In romance anime we usually get a final kiss. But besides sex, and I'll get into that in a minute, marriage for romance is one of the final steps and they've agreed to marry. That should be valued higher than a final kiss. Right? This show is also an ecchi though. In episode 9 we had that great Cabin Scene -.^. Ikki had a chance to seal in the deal. Stella is pretty naughty girl but he PUSSIED OUT! That what I'm calling it. Since this wasn't a harem I do need to consider the story higher than I would Gakusen. Ikki is the typical at the bottom of the rankings in the school but is actually the best in school because he able to bypass everyone with his cognitive observing abilities. Then he can only can be in action for one minute. Less than Gakusen. I have to give the edge to Rakudai in this aspect as what is keeping Ayato down is his sister restraints, where as Ikki is being held down politically. That is much stronger in my opinion. Side Characters...besides his sister no one is really that rememberable It was the side characters that I valued high in Gakusen. So Gakusen has the edge there. As well as music obviously. I think my conclusion is going towards that the shows are on par with each other. This is another 8/10. It has been an 8/10 since episode nine because knee socks are sexy <3. The ending actually was put in the right spot too. If there was a second season it would now be global competition between schools and I'd gladly watch it. |
