 ~ Noragami Aragoto ~ Synopsis "In the second season of Noragami the main focus is on Bishamon, god of combat. She has many shinki due to her being unable to abandon spirits attacked by Ayakashi. She has a large group of shinki with her as leader, causing her trouble as she sometimes cannot tend to all of them properly, especially when one of them gets sick or is in pain. She has a strong hate for Yato, as a dark past binds the two of them. | episode 6 Pretty good closing of this arc ~ Seems like in the end everything end up fine.. I mean aside from the many shinkis that died in the process =p Hope the second arc will be just as good as the first one ^^ |

| That was very good arc. I still hoped for Kugaha to somehow escape and try to fight Yato/Bishamon who join forces against him but oh well, it was still great. Kugaha was a fantastic antagonist so it´s a shame he´s not gonna be oart of the next arc as we move on with this anime. I dislike this Gods can´t do nothing wrong stuff but whatever that´s the only thing i have to complain about. Judging by the scene after the credits we will get introduced to the REAL villain of thi season very soon. |
| Exactly what I was going to say xD Building up episode for the next arc and even so it was a good episode, now it's more than clear that Ebisu is the next bad guy. Also it was a pretty scene of the mini sanctuary ... ;_; |

| Ep 7: A lighter episode after the end of the Bishamon arc, i thought it was fitting at this point but i hope it gets serious again quickly as a whole arc that´s lighter seems unfitting...in this case they would´ve done it the other way around so it´s sure gonna get dark again... I thought this episode was funny, i laughed at the scene where Ebisu tried to buy Yukine haha money sure is powerful ^^ Lovely ending to the episode! |
| Ep 8: The first half of this episode was so light that for a split second i was concerned they would turn this into a YatoxHiyori love story until the end... thanks Nora for not letting that happen ;) Pretty good second half of this episode, things sure got going quickly once Nora appeared! |
| Yeah the episode was pretty divided .. first half happy , second half back to the story.. and who is that "dad" guy? he's also probably the same person that show up on Yato's memories. |

| Ep 9: Another very good episode with a lot of cuts jumping back and forth between Yato and Hiyori. Very good way to show that all of this is happening simultaeniously. That ending was great. He just kissied her? Just like that??? What an overconfident guy! I hope this will make her remember Yato and Yukine very quickly at the beginning of the next episode, which will of course lead to some butt kicking for our blonde casanova background actor lol |

| Ep. 10: That cliffhanger at the end is a punch in the guts for every viewer. You seriously want us to wait for seven days to see what´s gonna happen next??? Izanami creeps me out...i feel kinda sorry for her and that´s probably not a good thing lol I disliked the rather unemotional and unspectacular way Hiyoris memories came back though. This could´ve been handled a lot better, i guess they had no time for that with the progress of the main plot...i hope (and am convinced) her reuniting with Yato will be better! |
| Have to say this arc is not quite as good as the first one of the season. Still a good watch. Izanami is one scary character man! The ending we are heading towards is a bit cliché. There´s a way to get Yato out of there but suddenly it requires a human??? How conveniant that Hiyori is there to play the heroine...meh... |
| Looks like they did not go the way i feared last week with Hiyori playing the superhero so i am happy with the second to last episode. Come on Noragami Aragoto, a great last episode will earn you a 9 ;) I don´t want this to end next week :( |

| Noragami Aragoto Final Thoughts I believe a good starting point would to mention that I don't believe that the arcs were as good as the first season. The Bishamon Arc seemed to be going at a very fast pace and Ebisu arc didn't get interesting until the end. Saying that, I do have to commend the anime on actually completing the arcs and progression the story. I was scared that things were just going to stay as the status quo. Bishamon would still be out to kill Yato but instead now she knows he's saved her twice and the misunderstanding is over. The ending of the anime gave us a glimpse of the potential final boss of the show in his father. We also learned Yato's real name that is Yaboku. Yaboku contains the kanji Ya (ๅค night) and Boku (ๅ divination). So Yato might be the God of the Night or the God of Death or God of Assassination for all we know XD. So the anime leaves off in a perfectly timed spot for the potential third season. I hope that they clean up the pacing but actually finishing arcs has put my score for this show back to a 8/10. Matching the score I gave to the first season. |

| So... yato's "dad" kisses Hiyori ? '-' Well I like that guy even less now. I agree with most, first half was better with the bishamon story Second half was good and started to resolve the main story and left everything prepared for the next season. 8/10 to me, same as the first season . Pretty solid anime. |
