A Japanese word chain game where the player is required to use the last letter of a given word to form a new word.

[u]How the game works :[/u]

Members sign up for rounds using format provided.

Each round will be comprised of an even number of members. (Maximum 8 per round.)

The host(s) will announce beginning of a round in this thread.

Phase breakdown :

Using the RNG[color=lightslategray], host(s) will make teams of 2 players each and Phase 1 will commence.

At the end of that phase, the winners will be put through the RNG again and teams shall be made (depends on initial pool of people) for Phase 2. (check spoiler under point system for complete breakdown)

Players shall compete and winners will enter Phase 3. Person who wins Phase 3 wins the game.

Individual player games will be played on [/color]this website.

Game Navigation:

Open game website and pick the 'Multiplayer' option.

Click on 'Change name' & Enter your username on MAL.

Pick your opponent's name [the one assigned to you by the game host(s)] from the list of names.

At the end of the game, the winner needs to provide a screenshot of his screen (showing the part where it says 'you win' and player names). An example of the supposed area we need to see.

[u]Gameplay :[/u]

The goal : make longer words faster than your opponent.

Its simple really.. Enter words in the space provided. The longer your words are, the better. The faster you type them, the better. Use the following screenshot as a guide.

Each individual site game lasts 8 mins maximum.

Winner is the person who reaches ingame score of 0 first. Provide a screenshot of your victory (include player names) for it to count. No screenshot = no points.

[u]Rules :[/u]

Use your MAL usernames (a short version is accepted if your name is too long, but use the same to sign-up so we know its you).

Repitition of words is not allowed.

Any Proper Nouns/Country names/Person names are not allowed.

Plurals are allowed. Modifying a word used to create another word is allowed. But try to be creative really lol.

Please try to stay online for at least half an hour since you will play more than one match.

[u]Point System :[/u]

2 Points are awarded to all players who win phase 1 (if game has more than one phases).

2 Points are awarded to all players who win phase 2 (if game has more than 2 phases).

Winner of the game (phase 3 winners in case 8 members sign up) gets awarded 5points for that phase.

All players are awarded 1point each for participation.
