Is there a way to make your background image the anime cover?

there are some list styles where you can see the image of the anime when you hover over it. like this: http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=626173

can i make it so that when you hover over a name,the image acts as the background and when you hover over another name,the background changes?
