| So the first generation of aquarion left me with a bitter taste in my mouth for years.. it had a few good episodes then ended horribly... the 2nd season was amazingly underwhelming...2 past lives fighting over a girl.. where they talk about how she smells for 20 episodes... the 3rd seems to abandon the first 2.. pick up a ridiculous cg aquarion battle kanji system.. and by what i've seen so far (9 eps) will end on a incredibly sweet but absolutely corny inconsequential ending.. I do admit the "i am a savior fist pump sky grab" is still funny.. This series is turning into stale popcorn... Time to throw it in the trash.. the power ranger aquariorgasms are getting old... |
| I never watched the first Aquarion so I can't say anything but the good thing is that the second Aquarion made the a closure to the first. I really loved Aquarion Evol, I know I have shit taste but I really loved it. The animation, the comedy and the plot is good. The episode made me nearly cry. This Aquarion, the 3rd is the worst.... ever..... I prayed it never existed... the animation is horrible and the MC is.... so..... I don't know.... They should have chosen a better animating studio. |
