| Officers can delete posts as well as images. If it comes to deleting an entire thread, Hypocritical, Claire or myself can deal with it. |

| An RE is a rare edition ;o I think it would depend on the availability of the card makers but if we gave third place an edition too it would probably be better as an SE too c: |
| Okay so third and second both have SEs and first gets an RE, I think we should be okay...do you think 5 nominations for a show to qualify for the poll is good? With noms starting July 20th and ending September 20th (long time maybe) and final vote the 20th of sept to the 5th of oct? |

How about we make a poll for all of last seasons shows (not including the longer ones still airing right now) and we can keep it open for a week and just do that for now? And then when September comes around we can do summer anime c: |

| Before I forget, I'm going on a trip from the 12th-15th so I've taken my name off of the 100+ LE sign ups as I was too lazy to do editions in preparation for my leave - 3- But I'm not sure what time I'll be back on the 15th so if I'm not back online by 9pm EST (honestly I don't think I'll get back and online any later than 5pm but just in case) can someone else post the 100+ LE for me? ^_^ |

| I was just wondering if we could get "Archive" or "Finished" or something like that in staff cards thread to keep track of previous completed editions and cards (until they get deleted at least). Most of clubs use this system and I really like it because I can look back at what I missed and then feel like my life was wasted on missed opportunities... I mean, it's nice to see the previous card activity of the club. |

If you can give me a legitimate reason on why it would benefit the club to add it then we can sorry that sounded rude, I'm tired >_< |

Second biggest reason is for new members to see what editions we already did and when we did them so they wouldn't ask for a theme that was done a month before. This could get out of hand after a while because the forum will grow and eventually the editions will be lost in flood of threads. You may dislike it but archiving is little extra work but it can solve many issues by prevention. I like the Fave, Anime Rec, & Kaomoji games the best ^_^ Thought I'm also interested in the Tic Tac Toe game, I'm just really confused on how it works ;-; Do you guys think we should do game teams/point systems for rewards to get more revenue in the club? :o |

| I think point system would be good but for individuals, not for teams. People tend to become inactive randomly and that would destroy the whole teams dynamic. We could keep track of the points in a separate thread and "reset" the results every 3 months or so and award the winners of this time period. Then everyone starts from 0 again. What do you think about that? |

| @Card Makers Heads up//some of the card edition dates for August have been bumped up a little bit. Also, another edition has been added for the end of August and proper dates have been given to all of the August editions finally orz. On a more important note: No one has signed up for the Yona RE yet ;-; |

Due to lack of time to think of and make cards and also because I've done too many recently (not just here) and I feel creatively drained. Guess that anime character and guess that anime/manga. You can use descriptions or pictures/screenshots with a gradient used on it so that it cannot be recognized when using search by image. Also anime hangman. |

| There's no set date for the event, as of right now me & Hikaru need to set up our HQ's first. All I need is for the game makers to make & manage games as themed as possible off of the event (which is a Beautiful Boys vs. Warrior Women team event) with a point-based system for rewards. |
| I would be willing to run some trivia games. Would you be interested in doing something like an osu tournament? Each person could be matched up with someone on the other team and whoever wins earns a point for their team. There could be a thread giving the matchups and where people can report who won. How soon do you think the event would be? I think it would be good to have a thread where people can sign up if they are willing to participate and so they can be aware of it in advance. I could make one if you want. |

| Yeah, just let me know when you want the sign up thread up osu is a game that you can download, I know a lot of anime fans play it: [url]https://osu.ppy.sh[/url] You can also compete against others that are online, so you could easily make a tournament out of it, so that could be one of the games. But that would depend on how many people would be interested. For the trivia, I was thinking of making one just for characters and one for screenshots where people have to guess which anime it is from. (Maybe even a separate one for panels from manga?) For the points system for the trivia games, what I think will be easiest is once everyone is assigned a team and are participating in a game, if they are making a guess for one of the trivia, they can put the name of the team and then their answer so that I know right away which team gets the point if they are first and they are correct. |
| Oh no it's fine, I meant that I'll make it xD I already know what I'm doing for the thread but if you have any preferences for the sign-up thread then tell me and I'll see if I can incorporate it into it ;o I'm not sure that downloading an application to someone's PC as a requirement to participate in the main attraction of the event is a great idea, but maybe farther down the road we can make it a spin-off event of it's own? ;o First & foremost once we get the teams and games set up we can hold a poll to see if anyone would be interested in it~ I like those trivia ideas, the panel one too would be a good idea. Yea, that's what I was kind of thinking of myself for the point systems~ The other club I'm in that holds a team event has rules in some of the team games that say that they need to post their team and what not. But it's really up to the game supervisors how they want to do the point systems for their games, as long as the teams get the total points in the end it's all good. |
| Alright, that sounds good. But yeah, it's hard to think of good point games that aren't trivia, especially for teams Dx Oh, another game maybe is like an unscrambling game? The name of an anime/manga is scrambled up and whoever can guess it first gets a point for their team. |
| That's a good idea as well c: Hopefully we can get the other game makers in on this so they can help manage threads. I'll send out a PM later. But a good idea would be to just take normal games and then theme it after the event, like Guess the Bishie, Guess the Girl, etc. |
