I am looking for a romance anime who's heroine is hyper and supernatural like Shiro from Deadman's Wonderland.

To-Love Ru sounds like it fits! I haven't watched it personally though ><
Rosario Vampire has several supernatural girls, the main who is a vampire + meets hyper and supernatural
Black Bullet also features a semi-supernatural + hyper main girl, though she's a lot younger and the focus is split between her and her partner

Thanks I actualy do like the oldie bit goddie anime. I got into Urusei Yatsura for a while but the MC remained a dumbass to the end.
