| The only thing I don't like about Dia Ace is the outrageous pitcher x mound shipping war going on in the fan base. It's almost as atrocious as watching Nisekoi fan boys go rabid the moment there's a hint that one of the girls may be chosen. Otherwise it's a great baseball series that does well in fleshing out its team and the techniques behind each game. It reminds me of Ookiku Furikabutte in that respect only it knows how to pace its games better. It's lots of fun and has exceeded expectations with the most recent turn of events. I'm still super salty over what happened. I'd say its only real drawback is that instead of showing fluid game play all of the time it substitutes it flashing blue lights to signal where the ball goes. But that can be forgiven due to length. |

| I like it, I like Major more, but DnA does a great job of building suspense and excitement without going over the top. Even though it took the time to flesh out the third years and despite the fact I'm sad to see them go, the newer characters are still enjoyable. |

| It started good and initially i liked it, but over time it just felt so slow paced and dragged out that i lost interest. Last 30-40 eps or so i just fast forwarded here and there and even skipped some eps, boring ending and i couldn't care less for the characters in the end. Season 2 dropped. I very much agree with those who says Major is better in every way. |
| Major and DnA are both amazing, let me just say this. Certain seasons/episode arcs of Major are stronger than DnA, as a whole, like Episodes 1-6 of Season 1 or most of Season 5. They're just amazingly written and executed. I have to say DnA is stronger as a whole since Major had its ups and downs. DnA presents more things to the table and has a much stronger cast and consistent storytelling. In DnA, there are only less than 5 characters that truly matter to the story - Goro, his mother, his father, his and Toshi. Everyone else is pretty irrelevant. In DnA, it's not just about one kid who's a godly pitcher - it's about his team and how they grow. And more on topic: This show is great and always has been. Season 2 pulled out three recaps which has me annoyed but next week will be an original episode which is good. |

| The games are boring, I don't really care for any of the characters now that I think about it. The monkey 4th batter dude was fun to watch before, but after the show, I actually find that I don't really care about the character/s. The comedy though, it had some really good ones, but a lot of them are inappropriately placed or just plain forced. The drama wasn't well executed, but I know it's shounen and they have to exaggerate it a little, so whatever. Some good soundtracks here and there, but animation is boring to look at, the directing is even worse. I.G. x Madhouse is failing me. |
