Imagine shichika yelling in english you'ld find it uncool right?..maybe? well just my opinion. |

Well, that is just one word, but if they were to talk in Spanish they were probably going to have problems with, but it's fine, not everyone can be good speaker in another language. For example, I don't know in which anime that I finished recently, there was this French sentence, "Je suis Random Name" and they pronounced the Je as G, while it should be pronounced as Zh/Zhe. :) |

Cultural reasons mostly, Japanese people are forced to learn English in school. You can see it on advertisements and stuff in Japan, it just looks cool and stands out I guess. Something I have found strange though is that some voice actors can speak fluent English yet they speak Engrish in anime... |
| What's more annoying is when English voice actors start trying to say certain English words with a Japanese pronunciation. Eureka from Eureka Seven is a good example. Or the TEETAHNS (properly TITANS - pronounced TAI-tons) from Zeta Gundam. I don't care if its a proper name the Japs got it wrong. Quit that shit. |
