I'm looking for an anime where the main character has a cool power that is different from everyone elses'. Kinda like in a Certain Magical Index, Touma has the ability to cancel other powers and magic.

There's A Certain Scientific Railgun. It's kinda like a side story to Index if that's what you're looking for.

Trinity Seven - Main Character is known as the "dark lord candidate" and has cool (but sometimes perverted) powers.

Tokyo Ghoul - Main Character only becomes very strong near the end of the first season though. Second season is still airing.

Code Geass - several cool powers from various characters.
Death Note - kills people by writing their names.
