according to a flier when the movie went out of japan is suppose be sometimes this year. heres a link

When the movies used to come out in the summer, we would get a proper subbed version by the end of April of the year after it. Now since it came out last December it's most likely going to be by the end of August or middle of September this year before a good sub comes out. I really hope I'm wrong and it'll come out a week after the blu-rays are released though.
