I still don't get all the love for Kan-u. She's pretty boring as a character and not the sexiest. Of course this is all opinion...=P

Ryomou and Chou'un are my absolute favorites. I hava a soft spot for Ryofu because she had the short end of the stick throughout the entire series

Goei. I wish she'd fight more often though.

EDIT: So I was browsing through my waifu list somewhere in the Internets and then it reminded me that I have Hakufu and Shiryuu Chou'un as favorite Ikkitousen characters, along with Goei (can't go wrong with experienced women.)
