| Renton and Eureka (Eureka 7). So much development in that show. |
| None, from what I've seen. Either you don't feel much connection between the characters or the anime ends when they finally got together after fooling around for 20+ episodes if not more, so they can't really compare to what I've seen in other medium. |

| Issac and Miria from Baccano!. I simply love them their happy go lucky attitude and just plain ignorance about everything around them is really fun to watch. They are one of the main reasons I loved Baccano! so much. Their carefree attitude adds a very nice contrast to some of the darker stuff that goes on in this anime. |
